“I had a fantastic experience with Justin. I inquired over an email about the vehicle I was interested in and he promptly reached out. I was purchasing from the complete opposite side of the country and he went above and beyond to show me the car in videos and answer questions. I have already driven the car almost 3000 miles in two days with zero issues. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership and Justin. Great cars and great staff!”

“The environment at the dealership was very comfortable. Pat the sales rep was very patient and helpful in gathering all the info and answering questions in a precise, concise and efficient manner. He was also very good in making reasonable accommodations for the customer. However, I ran into some issues with the Finance Manager regarding transparency. A finance manager is supposed to explain line by line what the customer is paying for. This includes DMV fees as well as options such as extended warranty & other coverages. In addition to cost, the manager must also give details about the duration and policy of each optional coverage. But he did not do any of these; in fact, he did not even ask me if I wanted any optional coverages. He simply presented me with the final figure with extended warranty & theft protection already included, then asked me to sign the papers. I emailed the Sales Manager afterwards stating my concerns about these questionable business practices. He thanked me for bringing them to his attention and promised that they will work on improving in these areas. My advice to potential customers is that you are the ones who can hold the business accountable to make sure they adhere to good business practices. I believe you can still have an enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership; just make sure to insist the finance person to ask you first before adding an optional coverage to the final deal, and to explain the details of each cost item.”

“I am filing a complaint regarding Beaverton Nissan for selling me a Cadillac with serious undisclosed issues, failing to perform a proper pre-sale inspection, and refusing to take responsibility. I purchased this vehicle only one month ago, and within the first week the check engine light came on twice. The dealership claimed the car had “no damage” except a minor windshield issue, but we later discovered the rear bumper had been repainted without disclosure. When it came time for an oil change, I took the vehicle to a professional mechanic, who informed me that Beaverton Nissan had not performed any pre-sale service—including checking the engine oil, transmission fluid, gearbox, or differential. I had to pay $700 out of pocket for essential services that should have been done before selling the vehicle. The dealership refuses to reimburse or take responsibility. Now, only a month after purchase, the engine has completely stopped working, and Beaverton Nissan is refusing to inspect the vehicle or assist in any way. Instead, they are pushing me to take it to a Cadillac dealership and acting as if my extended warranty is their excuse not to help. When I brought up the undisclosed bumper repaint, their response was dismissive—they literally shrugged and said it was “not their problem.” I trusted this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle and to follow basic industry standards. Instead, I received a car with undisclosed damage, no proper pre-sale inspection, mechanical problems from day one, and zero support after purchase. Their lack of responsibility and respect toward customers—especially considering the long-term financial commitment of an auto loan—is unacceptable. I am requesting BBB assistance in holding Beaverton Nissan accountable for their negligence, failure to disclose, and refusal to address the serious issues with the vehicle they sold me.”

“I had a great experience working with Beaverton Nissan. The whole process went smooth and hassle free. Conner is a fantastic sales rep, and he was a joy to work with. He made sure to answer all my questions, and helped me a ton. I also really appreciate Joey from their financial department. He was very receptive to my requests and together with Conner, they were able to get me an amazing car. Thank you guys, so much!”
