“My husband and I just stopped in and had an appointment, we were met at the door by a younger man, cannot recall his name because his demeanor and attitude was unacceptable. He had tattoos and short curly hair with a nike jacket. From the moment we sat down he was irritated we were not purchasing cash in hand right then and there. We chose SVG because of the great ratings and unfortunately SVG lost a sale and probably others due to this associate's attitude. We were asked only for our ID and address, then how much our rent is. I politely asked why it was necessary and he said it was needed for an account despite we were not financing or purchasing that day and were only looking at cars, and going over finances. We were immediately treated like we should not even have tried to visit SVG today. Because we would not disclose our rent and the employee even kept putting his hands up as I said it was not an offense towards him that i wont give that info out. To be transparent, I have no idea how he still works there, being a face of the company and his demeanor and disregard for shoppers means he lost a sale for the company. The core of a business is relationships built with customers and it is a sales person’s initiative to make it as clear and simple to purchase a vehicle. Unbelievable. Will NOT be returning.”
