“I was the latest victim of this poor excuse of a dealership. M&B Auto should be shut down, too many people getting screwed! They sold me a 2014 Mercedes with a live video walk around. I flew in to buy the car and drive it back 800 miles. The AC was not working in the car after the video sales person said it did. Windshield resevoir was cracked and not holding fluid. Also they advertised that they installed a new battery (which is true) but turns out it was not correct for the Mercedes and needed to be coded to the car. They basically installed a cheap battery that was discharging each night because it was aftermarket and Mercedes computer could not recognize it. I had to pay over $1k to the dealer for diagnostics, battery replacement and coding 2 days after I bought the car. The M&B Auto dealership refused for my credit request and only offered me to send the old battery back for a same replacement that did me no good. Horrible customer service, DO Not BUY From them Nidal Motii wasted 4 weeks of time demanding pictures, forms completed and estimates of vehicle damage before telling me to return their battery at my own shipping cost Read Yelp reviews! They are awfull! Stay away from this place”

“Great Pre-owned car dealership. I was looking to purchase a used car for one of my parents, unfortunately I had difficulty finding what I needed. I found M and B on a Cars.com search and was pleasantly surprised that dealership had very well maintained vehicles for a fair price. My salesman, Wassey Ijaz was fantastic. “DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!! I bought a car from M&B Auto group and after 4 days the engine blew up and they refuse to help. Never once offered me an extended warranty, offered me some in house 3 month/3500 mile warranty, but took it away when I negotiated the price!! This dealership is a rip off, unhelpful, unprofessional and should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau!!”

“Had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. My truck was getting old and tired and it was time to get an upgrade. My car search went on for weeks and I had visited this dealership a few times. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and I was being a picky customer and nothing was really speaking to me. Ended up here on a whim to check out one last car that was not what I really wanted. But then I spotted a car that was THE car for me. Everything I was looking for and in great shape. Cost I paid was a great deal in comparison to many other dealers. I worked with both Moses and Issac for the car shopping process and they were both great and patient with me. The car does have some slight flaws with a little oxidation with the paint, but nothing a little wax cant fix. It isnt a new new car so slight wear and tear I was expecting. These are used cars people. Do your research, test drives, and mechanical checks. Something any car buyer should do and I haven't had any issues. Car drives super smooth and the difference in gas mileage im getting now is blowing my mind. After purchasing I did change out the dirty cabin air filter. 11$. The 12v outlet wasn't working. Quick fuse swap with the spare fuse that comes with the car, 0$. And all their mechanical work is done at a very reputable shop that Ive even used in the past for other vehicles not purchased through them. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase. And they have many options for financing. After going to several other dealers big and small and coming back with crazy high monthly payments, M&B made the deal happen with their finance team to something I could work with. Made a modification or two with the inclusions of warranties and got it to fit within my budget. Even though their financing isn't on-site, it was a very easy process. Thank you to Moses and Issac at M&B for helping me get into a way more reliable ride that's not only pretty, but in way better shape then what I had.”
