“One of the experiences that stresses me out the most is purchasing a vehicle. That was not my experience with this dealership. My entire visit from beginning to end was enjoyable. Felt truly welcomed and valued as a customer. Luke, my salesman was a pleasure to meet at talk to, fine young man with a great personality. Sales manager would be just the kind of guy I'd love to hang out with. Finance manager made the deal smoother and easy. Oh yeah, last but not least great deal on my purchase and my trade. Definitely won't hesitate to recommend and bring my future business to these guys!”

“I was initially nervous about my purchase with this dealership due to being out of state. I’m not sure why this dealership has mixed reviews. My experience has shown that this dealership goes to the extreme to ensure that things are organized. Within the first 15 minutes of even stepping foot into the dealership I had 3 different sales representatives ask if I needed coffee or water. The vehicle I purchased was ready for me on arrival, and our salesman Alex made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee that typically has transmission issues, they reassured me that they have done multiple inspections, and even got me a low cost 3 year warranty to ease my mind! I am beyond pleased with my experience with them and would make the 4 hour drive again for this type of experience!”

“We came to Infinity to look for a car for our daughter and Shawn came to help us. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our 18 year olds questions and concerns about the car. To say our expectations were met is an understatement! The whole team at Infinity ESPECIALLY Shawn were a breath of fresh air! No doubt we will be back when we need another car! Highly recommend”

“10-25-25 I wasn't sure if I want todo a trade in because I went to another place and I decided to leave then I came to Infinti Of Beachwood to see my options. After talking to Will who started me off he explained that Mr. Shawn Compton will be helping while my paper work was being done. As I was waiting Shawn asked if I wanted water, coffee and also show me where the bathroom was located. The favorite part about it was both Will and Shawn show they cared and asked me how do I feel about this and how i feel about that asked if I had questions im saying this because as a woman some Dealerships are a lil nicer to men ( I've seen it ) the test drive was good before we drove off he shown me how to operate everything in the car, as we came back I was so happy and we finished are paperwork! Again thank you to Will and Shawn Compton..”

“I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for the past four years, but this last experience was the worst I’ve ever had. First, I brought my 2020 QX50 in for a recall on a blown engine (less than 60k miles). They held my car for a month without even starting to work on it. They also refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle and asked why I couldn’t go get a rental.
After a long and painful process, I finally managed to get into a different vehicle. However, this new car had issues right off the lot, including a check engine light and a cracked windshield. I was told by Jacob, the used sales manager, that these issues would be taken care of.
Finally, I got my car in for repairs after another long and frustrating ordeal. After two weeks, I finally got my car back, but it wasn’t in the same condition as when I left. My windshield was still cracked, and there was a new, fancy dent in the passenger door. When I contacted the dealership ship about the damage, Jacob told me he wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me to go to a dent wizard.
I have never felt so misled, taken advantage of, or helpless. This dealership is a complete disaster for business, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. I will never step foot in this place again. If I could give a zero, I would. They don’t care about their customers.”
