“I have been trying to get in contact with this dealership for the last two months to get mats for my vehicle. When I bought the vehicle the wrong mats were put in and Chai just doesn’t know how to follow up. I hope this gets to management to square this away. Chai supposedly sent out mats but just giving the run around. If we can correct this I will change this to a 5 star.”

“Feeling pretty disappointed. I bought a 22 Kia K5 with 55k miles on 12/22. Was told it went through a 164-Point Quality Assurance Inspection. But the next day after I realized the front bumper is being held on by zip ties. They had me bring it back in and were nice enough to fill the knicks in my windshield and said they were working on the best way to fix the bumper, that they were waiting on an auto shop to get back with them. But they haven't called me or responded to me in days. I'm starting to feel like they are blowing me off. It also feels shaky on the highway, they said it might be from the snow so I waited, But the snow and ice is gone now and it still shaky when your going over 68.
Feeling very disappointed with my purchase
-Update- Battle creek Manager called me and did not take my concerns urgently. Said he would have someone call me back the next day. Its been two days and still no calls. He confirmed things were missed on their end but blew them off like they weren't serious. He didn't think my car shaky on the highway was serious and said it was like tires being unbalanced. The shaking is getting worse. He said the bumper needed new clips, but the bumper is damaged, it needs a new bumper! He also informed me that my tired has 50 percent life left. I let him know that I specifically asked about the tire and was told they had 75 percent life left and he laughed when I told him that. I had also asked if this vehicle has ever been in a wreck and was told no. The bumper shows otherwise So I have now discover two lies that they told me so they could get this car off their lot.
I'm hoping Kalamazoo Seeyle can make this right, I no longer trust what Battle Creek tells me.”
