We arrived late in the evening around 7:00 pm, and even though no salespeople were available at that moment, the sales manager, Greg, personally took the time to walk us around the lot. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. Once Cierra became available, she stepped in and patiently showed us the vehicle we were interested in. She was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and didn’t leave until about 10:00 pm—an hour after closing time. Despite the late hour, not a single person made us feel like an inconvenience. Everyone remained professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on helping us.
