“Terrible place to buy a vehicle… Bought a truck, completely paid off , absolutely nothing wrong with it , Chevy service department makes me bring it for recall test and to change things , Get my truck back, told it was good to go etc etc , Drive the truck barely 2000 miles. In that time , my rear main seal blew twice , three serpentine belts replaced , engine over heated twice , left stranded in parking lots twice , the list goes on with catastrophic things happening to this truck since I got it back from them, People in the service department are weird and won’t let you talk to anyone who did the recall on my truck, and are every bit of rude about anything you have to say, the head of the service department talks down to you, pretty much told me everything with my truck is my fault , and that I will have to pay all kinds of money just to get the truck up to them, then pay for all the test they want to do to my truck, just for them to tell me it’s my fault and they are not responsible, If it wasn’t for the service department giving me a real bad experience since I bought the truck , I would say it’s a good dealership, But the people in the service department are not pleasant to talk to or even try to work with, Idk how anyone gets their vehicles worked on there without getting scared off . But I’ve gotten my lawyer involved , apparently I’m not the only one having issues with Chevy and the 6.2 engine”
