“I found Lost Pines to be very professional; and that I ended up with a great product at a fair price. My experience is that they were trying to create a relationship - not just trying to close the sale. Here is an example of how Lost Pines cane through. We shopped in October so they had several BIG Halloween decorations. We have an annual Halloween Party on the Saturday afternoon before Halloween. As we were finalizing the deal,, Adam asked if there was "anything else" we needed to close. My wife chimed in and said "We need two of your decorations for our Halloween Party". Adam laughed and said fine and we shook hands. When I came to sign the paperwork, the Lost Pines promise of delivering two decorations was in the contract. The decorations were delivered the Friday before our party - they were a big hit. I now feel I have a positive relationship with Lost Pines.”
