I truly wanted to have a great run with CDJR Wolfchase being that it seemed so great up front. Unfortunately this brand new vehicle was broken down for 3 out of the four months I had had it before I tried to find a way to get it back to the dealer. This has just been one of the worst experiences with car purchasing that I’ve ever had. I voiced my concerns and took their advice on how to make this right, but it was a tiring game of the runaround. No one seemed to care about the tremendous amount of repair this vehicle needed that I bought with not even 100 miles on it.

My sales person was Chris. You couldn't ask for a better person. He was so very patient and explained all details to my husband and I. He never left us during the entire process. This man deserves a raise. Thanks Chris. You made this process as painless as it could possibly have been. Tatiana was in finance. She also is very good with people and her job. Thank you also.

I just purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee from Wolfchase Jeep and Gabriel was my salesman. He did a phenomenal job walking me through the process and ensuring I received exactly what I purchased. He made this process so easy and a breeze to get through. Tatiana was also fantastic, you can tell they value customer satisfaction!!!

The entire during the purchasing-process from start to finish was quick, precise and very smooth! The sales rep, Marty, did an exceptional job! The finance officer made everything go very smooth also. He broke down everything to the simplest form for me to understand easily!

This review is for the service department and service department only. I purchased my truck in another state. I have brought my vehicle here for service a few times. I have always felt like they were more expensive than other Ram service centers in the area. Recently I went in because I was having an issue with my tail light. I initially thought it was a wiring issue because the tail light would work and then stop. Fast forward to the service team checking the tail light. All of a sudden the issue is I needed to replace the entire tail light wrong harness which I was later told would cost close to $300 (part 120 the rest labor). I said don't do anything right now let me call around to other ram dealers. Mopar has the part for $37. Well I called the Collierville location and was told that the only dealership that had the part in stock was Homer Skelton Ram in Millington. I called them and was advised they had the part and it was only $60 but they were backed up and couldn't get to it until the next week. Homer Skelton proceeded to tell me that the entire job would cost closer to $150...if that. I then tell the service rep here that I would take it elsewhere for service. She then calls the technician and tells himself the same and to pull the truck around. On my way home something wasnt sitting right with me so I pulled over at autozone and got a bulb. I removed the cover and noticed they broke one of the prong inserts that holds the cover in place...oh well. I inserted the new bulb and everything was working perfectly. I'm upset that they tried to play me and charge me $300 when a $6 bump solved the issue. I will not go back here.
