“Make sure you ask questions if you get your car serviced here. I took my car in for service because my check engine light was on. A little later I got a text link with a list of repairs they recommended that totaled over $5,000. My car is only worth about $10,000. I called them about the huge price and they told me that the check engine light came on because the fuel tank cap was cracked. So the $5,000 repairs weren’t actually related to the issue at all and they weren’t necessary. Service said they could replace the fuel tank cap for almost $100. I found one online for $30 and found out you can easily install them yourself. To be clear, I do not expect a business to not try to make money, but their practices and prices do not seem right. Also, the lady who I picked up my keys from at the cashier desk was incredibly rude. Do businesses not treat customers as customers anymore?”
