“I had a terrible experience at this dealership and would strongly warn others to not shop here. The salesman I dealt with was extremely dishonest and misleading throughout the entire process. What started as one price quickly turned into something much higher once the paperwork began. They added extra fees and charges that were never clearly explained upfront. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me as soon as they realized I was serious about buying. The salesman kept changing numbers and pushing me to sign quickly instead of giving straight answers. When I questioned the charges, I was met with attitude and vague explanations instead of transparency.”

“Will never buy a used car from them ever again!! Have bought 2 hondas on there lots in 11 months 1st was great but this second car bought 11/8/25 not cool... cracked headlights i didnt notice till after purchase about 10 hours later and moisture in the one heavily next morning...go up there speak with the manager proceeds to tell me cracked headlights and moisture pass maryland state inspection! Guy has zero clue what he's talking about I've owned 30 cars and have worked in many shops threw out baltimore..so they take it back to there inspector bring it back out say there going to buy me 2 new headlights..im super thankful like thats great,they say they don't want to lose me and my wifes business...cool figured it would be a week or two to receive them a day and a half goes by and there at the dealership...hmm ok kinda weird you received them that fast but your a dealership i pick them up tell them thank you and will be back soon for another car...get home box says fba= fullfilled by amazon cheap poor quality headlights not even dot approved this has gotta be a joke!! Could have saved your money i wouldnt install these if my life depended on it...so moral of the story they will say there going to take care of you and will cut any corner to have u leave them alone or them to make a buck!!! Lost a life long customer and will never purchase another vehicle from you ever again.Hopefully I can get a maryland state inspection tomorrow and contact my lawyer and file a complaint with the state for there illegal practices pushing cars threw maryland state inspection kick rocks!! UPDATE 11/22/25 spoke with Chris earlier this week great guy btw says they have orderd the oem headlights and will try and setup something on a saturday to have them installed since my only free day is saturdays..fast forward 2 days later receive a voice mail from Chris stating that I could call to setup an appointment or come pickup the headlights and have them installed somewhere else at my earliest convenience. Sounds great go to pick up my headlights today and tony the used car manager says we were never told we could pickup the headlights and states the voicemail left by Chris we misunderstood but clearly states we can have them installed some where else..says were not just handing headlights over to you but sure were quick to do that when they were amazon 120$ headlights...im over this situation I will be forwarding all my information over to maryland state police inspectors email i was given last week and let them come to my home and inspect the car..both headlights are cracked and have moisture in them completely unacceptable!!!if I didn't need this car to pick up my tractor trailer from a different state I'd leave it in your lot...40 grand between 2 cars in less than a year and I will never give another penny of my money to norris again!piss poor communication,piss poor customer service just sell u a car and throw u to the curb take your money and run!!! STEER CLEAR GO DEAL WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS!!!”
