“Service advisors were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Service was performed very quickly while I waited. The team went above and beyond by performing a multi-point inspection and topping off fluids, even though I didn't ask them to do it. Highly recommend!”

“Terri and the customer support staff are exceptional! Everyone we encountered from drop off to pick up was very courteous and very accommodating!! The repairs the vehicle needed were clearly explained. Our vehicle was repaired and ready before the estimated time. The repair costs came in under the estimated quote. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received.”

“I loved a specific car and Jerry’s was the first place that I found it! The employees located the keys for me and let me look at it. Kevin was my car salesman, and he worked with my crazy schedule and came in on a day off to help me! He made the process so easy, and was super nice. He also had made himself accessible after for any questions and any help that we need. Everyone I encountered was great, and they all worked together to make this a great experience.”

“I walked into Jerry’s Chevrolet on October 8, 2025 on God’s faith looking to get a new car. Car salesman Larry Betts was patient and stayed persistent until the finance dept gave him the assurance that I was financed. Larry was more than patient. He was attentive to my needs, he showed compassion towards myself and my son and walked me through the entire process of buying my 2025 Chevy Trax. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone one looking to buy a car.”

“I came to trade in my vehicle but was met with unprofessionalism. I felt rushed by the sales associates. I did a credit application online to test the waters and they reached out to me in a professional way but it soon turned into an issue. They (Larry Webb Sr) claimed I was approved but they consistently reached out to me the day of my appointment and when I arrived at Jerry’s they were confused as to what I wanted and the finance woman Susan I believe her name was said I was not approved. Clearly the communication between the sales and finance department was lackluster. I then proceeded to discuss what I was looking for and my hopes to trade in. She then started writing numbers on a white sheet of paper and circled them and consistently told me I was “upside down” in my current vehicle. Her and Larry Webb Jr went outside to have a side bar conversation not even including me as the customer. They were whispering and it felt a bit sneaky. she then reported that the finance manager told her I should just leave my vehicle in the lot and not pay my car note and to sign a new deal with them. She then says “i told him you weren’t those kind of people” which is strange like who says that! And then she says “either way you’re gonna have to get out of that car payment with or without us” and I just felt offended like they were trying to rush me into buying a car. Never coming back here again”
