“Scott the general manager is very dismissive, disrespectful, argumentative and combative. I wrote him a email about my concerns of a repair lasting a month and no communication about any progress and he decides to call me while I'm at work to argue about the fact he gave me a loaner car. The stipulations on the loaner car says you can't leave the state. So I had to cancel my weekend plans two weeks in a row. He takes no accountability or has any empathy of someone buying a new car and it immediately needing repairs. his service team lacks good communication skills. You get no information unless you call them. Good luck on them picking up the phone. When I was finally told my car was ready for pick up. It was from the sales manager. I didn't receive any documentation saying what was done to the car. I asked for a summary of the work completed. Service department told me they didn't have any to give me. This dealership needs new leadership. Beware folks!”
