I just purchased a 2026 Camry from Justin Maize and had a great experience. He was quick to show me different cars, communicated clearly throughout the process, and always kept in touch. It genuinely felt like he cared about getting me the best deal and the right car for my needs. Although he’s newer, he did an excellent job and is absolutely the right guy for the job. Thanks Justin!

Just took my car in for the "Toyota Care" service for the first time. My car has a thick under plate that has to come off for oil changes, and the bolts are pretty beefy that attach to the frame. I asked if they could put a bit of anti-seize lubricant on the bolts, since if they get locked up it's super expensive to fix. A special request I know, but one that is super easy. Takes 30 extra seconds and costs 25 cents max. First they said it's not in their standard operating procedures. Okay fine, I dig in a bit more and after talking to the service manager find out they don't carry anti-seize lubricant??? What? That is a standard grease that should be used on TONS of work? (Spark plugs, heavy lug nuts, etc). That is like an accountant saying they don't have excel... Beware getting any serious work done here. Edit: When I got my car back they also messed up the tire rotation. Incredible 😂

5 stars for salesman Kenneth. Very professional and quickly completed paperwork. He is the only reason Heritage got 2 stars total from us. From sale, quickly went downhill from there. Arnulfo attempted to sell warranty options like a bull in a China shop. Have no idea what he was trying to explain. Everything was completed digitally on a table size "iPad". With the excitement of our purchase, I had to email requesting a copy of all documents as they were never provided at the sale completion. "Can you mail the tags when they come in? We're quite a drive away." Arnulfo said no problem. Weeks later had to email if tags were in. "Your tags are in. I apologize for not informing you sooner that they had arrived. Thank you, Arnulfo Romero" AGAIN asked to mail. Digital silence. HAD to drive 90 minutes round trip to p/u. :-( On the service side - serious oil leak stained my driveway. Alexandra emailed that "Our technician was able to determine that the oil filter o-ring was what caused the leak" Did they forget to install or incorrectly install? I had my mechanic double check. I viewed video of my mechanic applying over 45 pound torque to remove the filter. Checked, verified no foreign sealant to cover issues and re-installed with correct 18 pound torque.

Ken was knowledgeable not pushy with the sale. Offering water, coffee as I waited. Very nice staff, i was greeted right away as i entered the show toom. Showed me two vehicles trosr5 off road 4runner and hybrid. Patient, followed up on the sale and provided me with details of promotions and low interest Toyota is offering. Just one negative, there were no vehicles in the showroom. Thats how fast they are selling Toyota vehicles. Overall great experience, I highly recommend Heritage Toyota

⭐ 0/5 – Total Incompetence and Zero Accountability only if they had negative ratings! Catonsville Heritage Toyota is an absolute disaster. I took my car in for a check engine light, paid $1,300 for what they claimed was a filter issue, only for the light to come back on within miles. When I returned, they suddenly “think” with “diagnosis” it’s something else and want another $4,000 to maybe fix it. How is this acceptable? They clearly have no idea what they’re doing, yet keep charging customers for their mistakes. No refund, no apology, no accountability — just pure incompetence and terrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. Go anywhere else before you let this dealership service waste your time and money. Toyota HQ should look into this and take appropriate action to not taint Toyota brand!
