“I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, unfortunately I cannot. I will say that my salesman Cortez was absolutely amazing in the process purchasing my car, and in his absence Keith was also extremely helpful. However, when I bought the car, it came from another dealership and was FILTHY! I brought the car back first thing the next morning and told them about the problems. It’s smelled heavily of smoke, dirty everywhere you can imagine. It was dark when I bought the car so I didn’t see these things until the next morning. Cortez came in on his off day to clean what he could but I was told to bring it that Saturday for a full detail. I’ve been in 3 weeks total and my car still has not been detailed. The manager was consulted and they only offered me about half what it would take to get a full detail in the inside and the Detailer had to come to the dealership to do the work. Overall just a hassle, and for me to coordinate. I found a broken burned glass pipe in my air vents, ashes on my gear shift. Overall a car that I am 100% sure any manager wouldn’t put any of his friends and family in, in the condition it was given to me. More so disappointed in how management handled this.”
