“Bought a 2020 Silverado brand new in April of 2020. Amazing truck and first time new vehicle purchase. I went through the free oil changes and routine maintenance. In 2023 got some valves replaced and that remedied a transmission issue but evidently did not address the underlying issue. Scheduled service this week after waiting a month only to find out that the parts and repair are not under warranty as they are only covered for two years, I am 10 months to late. I have gotten service here at least 12 times and they always miss the mark. I would like to write of every mishap but there is not enough time in the day. So I will leave this take a way from this dealership over the past 5 years; before doing business with Elco, be crystal clear on one question. #1- Does the dealership have a great service department that is staffed? Are they honestly capable of fulfilling their spoken service commitments in a timely fashion? My experience has been very poor, these marks are missed almost every time. So when your thinking about buying a car from here, ask these questions. The sales people will always be pleasant and nice, you are about to drop 10`s of thousands of dollars at their business. I am really disappointed and I wish I could tell a different story.”
