I had a fantastic experience at Dean Team Subaru, especially with Shawn Nethercott, the salesman I worked with. I called Dean Team the day the new 2026 hybrid Crosstrek became available to order. A friend had told me they were the best dealership to work with, even though I lived two hours away in another state. Shawn helped me order my new car over the phone that day, including all the options I wanted. Then I just needed to wait until my car came in. Shawn kept me informed of my car’s status during my wait. When it finally arrived several months later, I drove 2 hours to the dealership to pick up my car. Every detail was absolutely perfect, although I’m still waiting for my floor mats to come in. Shawn spent several hours with me going over all the features on my car, and, believe me, there are many. He also had me drive the car with him in it so I could try the features for myself. Shawn was the most thorough and professional representative that I can imagine. I’m so glad he was the one who handled my new car purchase. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Shawn and Dean Team.

I went in for a repair and walked out with a new car. Let me explain..... I had a Subaru Tribeca and loved that car! I wanted to preserve its life even though I bought it with $150,000 miles and it was close to 200,000 by the time I lost it a few days ago. So because of wanting to preserve it as long as possible I took it to the Subaru dealer the entire time that I owned it and every time that I got service done they provided me with a loaner car. This was very important to me because of my dynamic lifestyle. I would not be able to live the life that I'm living without transportation, just like most people. So they took their time looking at my car and seeing what was wrong which was fine because I had a really nice loaner. After a week or two they came up with a list of things that they had found that was wrong and it far surpassed the value of the car. Also a few of the parts were not orderable anymore like transmission pressure switches. I knew it was time. I went to the sales department and told the salesman, Myles, exactly what I wanted in a car. He zeroed in on one single car that he knew would be right for me based on all of my prerequisites. There was zero pressure, a high level of professionalism, transparency, and an ability to work with me on all the ancillary needs that I had such as taxes, paying my Tribeca off (which was just a few hundred dollars), and allowing someone to cosign with me to get a better rate.. That leads me to the business manager Sam. It was later at night about 7:00 p.m. and he came in and said "I found you some financing but it's about 11%." He could have said "this is what I found so let's get you closed!" But he did not. Instead, he said keep the loaner car for another night. "I know I can do better." I got a very strong impression that he sincerely enjoys his job and cares about Dean Team customers. So I kept the loaner car yet another night and received a call the next day that he was able to negotiate with my credit union that has my current loan for the Tribeca and got the rate down into the mid 5%! So all this happened plus they waved the small fee for the diagnosis of the Tribeca. In sales we talk about customer satisfiers and customer delighters. Not only did they seek to satisfy me during this whole process but threw in many delighters... Things I would not have asked for but they knew, based on actually getting to know me as a person, that I would like and value. And, to be fully transparent, I'm still in the loaner car as I write this. But that is because they found a hydraulic lift that was not in great condition and wanted to keep my new car to repair it. That just speaks to the level of care and integrity that they have. I don't feel like I am a Dean Team customer. I feel like I'm a Dean Team family member. Steve

I just bought a Subaru Forester from The Dean Team and it was an amazing experience. Paul was a great salesman! He listened to what features were important to me and helped to show how this car offered that. Sam was financial advisor and he was very organized. He had prepared my paperwork and made this transaction painless. Dave taught me the functionality of the car. He paired my phone and handled setting up my preferences for seat comfort, radio favorites, etc. All in all The Dean Team was a great group of people!

Tim was fantastic! Prior to arriving for a test drive, I had done my own research but I still had many financial and technical questions. Tim was patient and respectful as he worked to assist me. I ended up liking the car and Tim walked me through the next steps, and he was a good listener and fair in our negotiations. Other friendly faces I met as I purchased the car included Vito (the Sales Manager who took the time to introduce himself), Sam (who was kind enough to assist me on some of the paperwork while Tim finished with another client), Ike (the friendly and efficient finance guy), and Sarah (the post-sale concierge who proactively set up an appointment to check in with me in a few weeks).
