“I did not purchase my vehicle at Dave Sinclair Lincoln as they did not have the one I was looking for. I called to discuss service, warranties and general questions on the vehicle I purchased. Brian Boyer was so professional and helpful! He answered all my questions. He took care of my warranty purchase. Brian even took time to show me how things worked on my new Navigator!
I wanted to get the vehicle thoroughly checked out. I spoke with Alex Schilling at the Ballwin location. He was so helpful and professional! He got me scheduled and had my vehicle thoroughly checked. He made me feel so confident about my purchase after their mechanic completed the thorough checkout!
I am very happy that I will be utilizing Dave Sinclair Lincoln for all my service!”

“The staff and service at Dave Sinclair Lincoln is always amazing! My 2015 MKZ was totaled recently and it’s a great car…so good I bought a 2019! Had Matt & his staff go over it for me and my new used car got a great report. I’ve also used their mobile oil change service which was perfect…except I don’t get that “free” car wash! Great job!”

“Cindy and everyone at Dave Sinclair are fantastic! This was my second time purchasing a Lincoln with Cindy, and she made everything so easy from start to finish. She was always quick to respond and happy to answer all of my questions. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, this is definitely the place to go!”

“Car buying is stressful, so I did a lot of research on what would work for us in both vehicle options and cost. I specifically chose this dealership because the founder, Dave Sinclair, had a background in the military and later as a police officer. We are a young military family with 2 small children and were looking to upgrade to a larger vehicle. On top of that, this dealership had a bunch of positive reviews. Although the dealer was out of state it was on the way to our final destination in Illinois so we decided to take a look. The car we were looking at was a used 2020 Lincoln Navigator L.
Upon arrival at the dealership, our salesman Terry, was initially professional but he seemed less than enthusiastic about our interest. We really liked the car but we had a few concerns after the test drive. The battery that was past due for replacing, the second seat when sliding forward popped the cover off the sliding track so you’d have to reattach it before you could push the seat back, and the cover of the driver's seat belt kept coming off.
When we asked about fixing those things, mainly the battery as we still had over 3 hrs to our final destination and there are known battery issues on these cars, he said that the dealer could not change a battery, but they could probably fix those other things.
When we talked price, he told us that the best he could do was $400 off for a 2020 vehicle with over 60,000 miles even though the Kelley Blue book value was around $37k and dealer was asking $42k. We went back and forth about the battery issue and the best he could do was $300 off for the dealer cost of a battery, but that would not include installation or other fees. We were ready to buy when we got there, but the treatment we received made us walk away- and he let us. Think twice before going here.”
