“I rarely post reviews online unless something is absolutely terrible or truly exceptional. BMW of the Main Line falls under the exceptional category. From my first cold call to the dealership to inquire about an allocation, I was lucky to be connected with Romel, one of the best client advisors I have dealt with in any dealership. Romel was respectful, efficient, and extremely good with communication. The ordering process was smooth, and I was always made aware when paperwork and payments were due. I would get frequent calls and texts from Romel regarding the build progress of my car. He sent me pictures and videos about my new car to spur on the anticipation. At times, he seemed more excited about my new car than I was. On the day of delivery at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina, Romel called me after the program to make sure everything went as planned. Other staff that I met at the dealership were also good at their jobs, and I always felt valued. Obviously, I highly recommend Romel at BMW of the Main Line.”

“Best dealership experience ever, I gotta be honest that most BMW cars sell by themselves so in past experiences I’ve been treated indifferently… but I can almost says I have found new friends here… Scott Fields was my sales associate and his transparency and professionalism is superb. He did an amazing job going above and beyond with preparing the car for me. He got a small door ding fixed me that I had requested but he also got all other things fix that he could find including a small scratch in the bumper. Every person I interacted with was fun to work with and very professional. I look forward to the first service appointment.”

“Sarah Lee….I cannot recommend Sarah Lee my sales person highly enough. From the moment I sent text and called, she made the entire car buying process seamless, transparent, and actually enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to assist me even on her day off!!!
She didn't just show me cars; she listened carefully to my needs, budget, and lifestyle to find the perfect match. What impressed me most was how she handled every detail—from explaining features in depth, presentation of the vehicle, arranging test drives, to meticulously walking me through the financing options without any pressure. She followed up promptly, answered my (many) questions at all hours, and her attention to detail was incredible.

“I was out all day, at different dealerships until I stumbled upon this specific vehicle at this dealership. Upon entry I was greeted and assisted by Ryan Suggs. I had a great experience with Ryan as a salesman and just as a person. He made through process super easy and was able to get me a lower rate than my pre approved rate that i initially walked in with. Overall great experiece with this dealer. I will be sugggesting this dealer to all my freinds and family looking for a new vehicle”

“I had a great experience here. Emmanuel was very prompt in following up with me about my online inquiry. When I arrived, he had the vehicle I was interested in ready for a test drive and even showed me a few others. The support staff was also friendly and helpful.
As the hour grew late, he remained patient and took ample time showing me everything I needed to know for my ride home in my new vehicle. He even reached out 2 weeks later to see how everything was going and answered some questions I had.
I highly recommend Emmanuel and Main Line BMW! 10 out of 10”
