“I bought a 2018 modle here november of 2024 and it was an absolute LEMON. Within 3 months I had over $3k in repairs on the car and now only a year later need to replace the transmission as well. The transmission is completely shot and it is clear it was never inspected because the oil was filthy and black. Only 3 months after purchase my mechanic also found a leak in the valve cover gasket (another $3k fix), leak in the radiator found a week later. Needed new auxillary battery, new thermostat and blower motor. All in all I have spent more on repairs than the car is worth. I have had several repairs made that all should have been found upon inspection before sale that were not disclosed. No indication of needed repairs on carfax or vehicle history. No disclosure was given when I asked if it needed any work. Auto village said it ran great and had the needed work and inspections done. If you need a reliable daily drive, dont get it here.”

“I got my car not even a month ago to start off with. This morning im on my way to school and the cover of the bottom front of the car pops off. Im on the freeway keep in mind and i pull over in the middle of traffic to see what had happened and that when i see the plastic popped off. I got to my uncles house so he could take a look at it and tell me that the piece that came off is missing more than half of the plastic bolts and on top of that, the radiator has a dent. When the car was sold to us, they claimed it had NO PREVIOUS ACCIDENTS!! I check the CarFax papers and it said the same thing. The car itself has a few minor scratches which Oudehe, the salesman, gave me the reasoning that its because with any used car you’re going to have minor damages. And i understood that. When we called he said okay let me talk to my boss and see what we can do. We didn't get the warranty that they offered which he was quick to mention that, then offered to fix it but that the money would come out of my pocket. After he called again and said that to not bother bringing in the car because they want nothing to do with it. They are not trustworthy. They don’t have integrity. They don’t have the best interest in the customer. I need a car to get to school 4 day a week, which is a 20 min car drive. I need a reliable car which i thought was what i found, but the wanted to hide the fact that the car had a new front bumper, a new bottom cover with missing bolts, and a dent radiator. If you visit this place, you’ll see the untrustworthiness and the fact that they just want to sell you anything. Be careful with any purchase here. Again the salesman was Oudehe, At first it was Alex but when we returned it was Oudehe.”
