Real stand up group of guys. Go see Russell and get your new Ford. We love our 2024 Expedition. Tackles anything I throw at it. Rain or shine, snow or not, road trips, groceries and occasionally stands in for my F150 for yard-work. Tows like a dream. Picket this one up while on vacation in PCB and drove her home to Atlanta.

Chose to speak with Chris Caroll - SUPER COOL DUDE ... Y'all this dude was straight to the point - no hassles-no mention of BS fees. Chris had no mention of any thing other than what we discussed.. He gave me a straight up out the door price and nothing more.. I was 110% satisfied with this deal.. SHOUT OUT- to Mrs Brandi W in financial department-- she was FIRE! -- she was definitely great at her job - didnt haggle me with the add on financial part !! She respected my decision and ROLLED !! We just bought our third new vehicle from Riverbend Ford. Our salesman was Rob Gilliard on all three vehicles. He was the most Professional and Friendliest salesman that we had come in contact ever. He listens to us about what we wanted, didn't try to pressure us to buy something we didn't want. He went the extra miles to get us what we wanted. When he found what we wanted the process was smooth and without wasted time. When we got the vehicle, we wanted the whole office worked with us to complete the sale to our satisfaction. They were all very friendly to us, they took the time to speak to us. Riverbend Ford is truly a friendly and professional dealership from the front office to the service department.

I stopped in to look at a couple of Rangers they had on their lot during Ford's employee pricing event since I was in the market for one. Robby came out and I test drove one and knew I wanted to purchase, but they didn't have one on the lot that had the specific options I wanted. After a quick search to determine if any dealer had what I wanted, we found that there wasn't one with what I wanted available...anywhere. I ended up deciding to order exactly what I wanted through River Bend, but there was no pressure or any of "the usual" sales tactics I had experienced in previous dealerships. And was guaranteed they would honor the employee pricing once the vehicle arrived. I was updated on the status of my truck throughout the process and Robbie even sent a picture of my new Ranger as it rolled off the delivery truck. We decided on a day and time I could come by and pick it up. Upon arrival, I signed the paperwork (and received the employee pricing as promised with no haggling), and had the keys in hand in about 10 minutes ready to drive off the lot! Robbie walked me through getting the Ford Pass app and connecting everything to my new truck. Very easy, no pressure experience! Will be telling everyone if you want a new vehicle, head to River Bend for a great experience even if you have to drive a bit to get there, it's worth it for the personalized, no pressure, no games experience!
