“I came in the other day with the intention of purchasing a vehicle and was even considering buying two. Before arriving, I called and spoke with Jason, who seemed very helpful and professional. Because of that conversation, I made the effort to get there before closing so we could at least begin the process, as we were already actively car shopping.
When I arrived, Jason was no longer there and I spoke with another employee whose name I unfortunately did not catch. From the start, it felt like we were not being taken seriously, even after I explained that I was looking to purchase another vehicle because my truck is fully being used for one of my businesses.
During the visit, we asked to test drive two vehicles since two of us are currently in the market to purchase. The employee asked us whether we were test driving as “serious buyers or just taking a joy ride.” That comment immediately made the interaction uncomfortable and gave the impression that we were not being taken seriously as potential customers.
I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand how much reviews affect a business. I own multiple businesses myself and know that customer experience is everything. Regardless of a customer’s age or appearance, we would never speak to someone in that way.
Unfortunately, this experience made me reconsider returning to purchase this vehicle and possibly not coming back at all, which is disappointing because I genuinely liked the vehicle and was ready to move forward with the process.”

“I bought a 13 year old RAM 1500 with 119,000 miles on it. Emmett was very friendly, and I loved that he wasn't pushy at all. I drove the truck, and waited a week or two before coming back and pulling the trigger. The price was extremely fair for the market for such a clean truck. A week later, when an issue was discovered by my mechanic, they were willing to work with me on it. Overall it was a great experience, and after 12 hours of paint correction and a ceramic coat, I have a truck that looks almost totally flawless! Would buy from them again for sure!”

“I have bought a few vehicles from different dealers and this dealer has set "the bar" much higher. Super easy to talk to, down-to-earth attitude which made my decision to buy my RAM here overly apparent. Even when I told them I had another truck to look at another dealer, they maintained thier attention in helping me. Kudos Jayson and Caleb and the BC team! Great experience!”
