“My husband and I bought a 2026 CR-V over the weekend. Although we live a little closer to some of the other dealerships in the area, we made the drive to Butler because they had the color that I wanted in stock. Mike and Clayton made the process so laid back and easy. Love my new car!”

“Don’t be fooled by a free the free inspection when you buy the car at this dealership. They will find something wrong. There is no video inspection and they pass the credit card fee to the customer. We’ve had two occurrences in which there are questionable service needs. I felt like they were hard selling both times. I also felt like they saw a widow, an elder and/or a female & saw an easy mark- at least that is how I felt - my opinion. My family is over this dealership and we will take our business elsewhere going forward for service & any new purchases.”

“I bought my car here and that experience was fine enough but I dont recommend having it serviced here. During my last oil change my tires were to be rotated. I have one scratched wheel on the passenger side of the car. Not only was it evident my tires were not rotated, they gave me some line about how if the tread is the same all the way around they won't do it sometimes. I dont live close, so I just opted to go on with my life. Yesterday, I had another oil change which I was unable to do elsewhere because after being done here the bolts were stripped to the shield plate. I was informed my back tires are cupping and need rotated. Which I paid for. Unfortunately, I forgot about the prior incident and didn't check them before going home. Come to find the scratched wheel in the exact same position yet again. This is twice now this location has failed to do work I've paid for. I can't imagine what they're doing to people who's tires aren't marked. I won't be trading or buying here going forward and definitely will be doing my own maintenance going forward. Really annoying, really unprofessional, real theft.”
