“First off, these guys are first class! The lot is warm and welcoming, the cars are clean and they all present well! I live 3.5hrs away, looking for a very specific car. Luis reached out (I had forgotten all the messages I had sent, couldn’t remember who, what or where) and provided me the information. I explained my geographical issues, but I could send a family member up to inspect and drive - if it passed the test, and we could agree on numbers, I was interested. I had a couple sell prior to my arrival, without even a call. Putting a driver together to get me there is a bit of a plan that needs to be put together. Luis sent all the negative issues, which were very minor compared to the year. I sent a family out, she said it was beautiful, so we negotiated a price by phone. They took my deposit, and pulled all the marketing on the vehicle. Due to weather, I could only make it on a day they were closed. Luis understood my situation, and opened up the dealership so I was able to pick it up! Top notch service hands down, super respectful to my mother, had the vehicle pulled up and ready every time we made a time to come in. For a small dealership surrounded by large dealers everywhere around then, they still stood out!
