“This dealership deserves 0 stars. I had an oil change and I used one of their coupons. When I went to pick up my Rav, they told me the coupon didn't apply for my Rav. I showed the coupon before the service. Bait and switch. I pay $89.95 for an oil change for my Supra at Team Toyota. The service manager at Liberty is rude and needs training for customer service. I had Liberty Toyota change my back brakes with after market brake pads and rotors. I gave them the parts and they accepted. When I took the Rav for a recall, they told me my front brakes are at 10 and my back brakes are at 3. Why??? They told me because of the after market pads. Really? They insisted the front brakes were Toyota brake pads, they are not. The service manager was so rude!!! He told me that they shouldn't have accepted the after market pads but they did. He raised his voice. Did they forget to reset the parking brake? They took no responsibility. I spoke with the sales manager and he told me another manager will call me. Still waiting. I called Toyota corporate 3 times and they told me that the dealership was contacted and they will contact me. Still waiting going on 2 months. Do yourself a favor and pay the toll and go to Team Toyota in Langhorne for sales and service. We have 3 Toyotas including a Supra that Liberty Toyota will NEVER service!!!! So Liberty Toyota, stop sending coupons because you don't honor them and you are the worst dealership that I ever had to deal with.”

“I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Sienna XSE, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The dealership made the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. There was no pressure, and every question I had was answered honestly and professionally. A special thank you to Ahsan for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. His communication was excellent, and he made the buying experience enjoyable and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a new vehicle and want to work with someone who truly puts customers first, I highly recommend this dealership and Ahsan. I couldn’t be happier with my new 2026 Toyota Sienna XSE! Thank you again for the exceptional service!”

“Anyone looking to have their car serviced at this dealership should proceed with caution. Based on my experience, this place either employs extremely negligent mechanics or operates in a way that feels intentionally deceptive. I brought my car in because I heard a noise coming from the brakes every time I tapped them. I specifically asked my service advisor to have the technician thoroughly inspect the brakes to make sure the vehicle was safe, especially because I travel long distances for work. Instead, I was charged nearly $900 for spark plugs, an oil change, air filters, a belt replacement, and a wheel alignment — yet the original brake noise was never addressed. In fact, I didn’t even make it off the lot before noticing the exact same issue. When I brought it up immediately, I was told the technician “didn’t hear anything.” To make matters worse, after charging me all that money, they then asked me to leave the car again so they could investigate whether there were “additional problems,” despite supposedly completing a full diagnostic inspection already. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first experience my family has had with them. The same thing happened to my mother. She brought her vehicle in for a specific issue, was told that service wasn’t necessary, then was sold additional repairs — only to later be told the original issue still needed to be fixed, resulting in another $5,000 in charges. Middle-class families work too hard to be taken advantage of by businesses we trust to keep our vehicles safe and reliable. At this point, my only option is to seek a second opinion from an honest, reliable, and fair mechanic. Buyer beware.”

“They are up front about the pricing but it's because the cost is an absolute robbery!! $500 so far to have house clamps replaced. $200 to walk in the door $300 for the clamps to be changed. Pressure test will be next. IF it doesn't hold up, I can only imagine what this will cost me!!! If you have a mechanic you can trust, I would strongly recommend using them instead of the dealership!!! I could have really done it myself for under $50 IF I lost the fluid. I even told THEM what I needed. It wasn't like I was oblivious to the problem. Just happened to be in same area of dealership and recently purchased a used Toyota truck and wanted a knowledgeable technician to look it over and basically say..."you picked a good one" ...even though it was leaking coolant already. If you are looking for similar recognition, get it elsewhere! Like your wallet when you don't get ripped off for being cautious!! Disheartening to feel like I can never bring my truck back here because they are NOT looking out for the customer nearly as much as themselves. Like they don't make enough money already?! This truck better stand up to is reputation! They are forcing second thoughts on my decision. ... which was hard to NOT purchase another Chevy Siverado!! THAT truck truly was the absolute best purchase I EVER made!! Well worth it's weight in gold!!!”

“Liberty Toyota is conveniently located, with a nice selection, and their grounds are well kept. The staff, especially Milton Ortiz, was friendly, informative, patient, and not pushy. I had a very nice experience and a smooth transaction. Most importantly, I love my brand new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum!”
