I had a truly great experience upgrading from my 2022 Santa Cruz to the 2025 model. Christian Chavez was amazing to work with—extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond to every question, and genuinely focused on making sure the truck was exactly what I was looking for. The process felt easy and stress-free. Cassie Kerwood in finance was just as wonderful and made all of the paperwork simple and painless. The entire team made this such a positive experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my new truck. I would absolutely recommend Burlington Hyundai to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience!

I recently purchased a Palisade from Christian Chavez at Burlington NJ Hyundai. This was by far the smoothest, most efficient and least stereotypical car sales experience we have ever had. Christian did not harass me with texts, did not keep me at the dealership for 4 hours, and he was well informed about the various models and trims of the vehicles I was interested in. When I get my next Hyundai, I will be back to work with Christian. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, do your research, and call Christian Chavez. A++++++

Having bought many cars over the years, I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed the car buying experience... until now. A friend of mine pointed me toward Burlington Hyundai. I received a call from Marcus, an owner of the dealership, and he made the process both painless and pleasant. I had researched what I wanted and the price I would pay. Marcus cut right through all of that and found me the SUV we were looking for and it was one he didn’t even have on his lot, and then quoted me a very good price. The baton was then handed to Kodye, the general sales manager and Christian, the salesperson, both of who made the process of leasing the vehicle quick and easy to complete. Christian was very knowledgeable and informative and provided us with a complete overview of the SUV and its technology. I have never written a review for a dealership before, however, I strongly recommend Burlington Hyundai.

Recently purchased my new Tucson from Burlington Hyundai and with Christian’s constant communication, it was a great experience. Christian kept me informed when the specific color I was looking for arrived on the lot. He provided the information I needed to make a decision on which vehicle I would like to see, which made the process seamless. It took less than 3 hours and I was driving away in my new vehicle. Matt, Cassie, and Alex were also great, wrapping up the deal. Great team at this dealership!!

At first this was a 5 star experience, the process was super smooth and Mike was beyond excellent in working with me for my out of state transaction. Polite, friendly, professional- he’s a top tier sales guy. Car was delivered to me without incident, and I loved my new wheels. Apparently Texas title and tag is a bit backlogged, 8 or so weeks out, no big deal. Figured I’d get a new paper tag to bridge the gap and keep on moving until I can get my permanent plates. Got my first paper tag reissue, no problem. That brings us to the end of October… Called and requested a new paper tag around Oct 30, as my tag expired Nov 2nd. Got my overnighted tag the next day, but the dates were wrong. Temp tag was issued on Oct 31, but expired Nov 1. No big deal, probably a typo, thought I’d just the sales team and get it straightened out. Called on Monday and Tuesday, (Nov 3&4) no answer. Left voicemails, no returned call. Called again on Wednesday, got transferred to the same generic voicemail that hasn’t garnered a response since Monday. Meanwhile I’m driving to and from work everyday with expired tags on my car. Why am I at a risk of getting stopped by HPD because no one will bother to give me a call? Emailed Thursday am, still no response. First part of the experience? Flawless. Second part? Much to be desired. Out of state buyers beware.
