ā€œI recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by multiple team members who took the time to listen to my needs and answer my questions. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find a vehicle that was suitable for both me and my family. The process felt comfortable and stress-free, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. I truly appreciate all of the help and support I received throughout the buying process. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and works hard to find the right fit for your needs, I would definitely recommend speaking with their team for your next vehicle purchase. Thank you Caleb & Bryan for your help!ā€

ā€œI will start with 4/1/26 April Fool’s Day but the joke was on me. I went in to look at purchasing a 2025 used Nissan Rogue. Brian the sales manager enticed me on a 2026 new Nissan Rogue. Couldn’t resist with 0% APR for 5 years and was the logical decision….so we thought, till after 30 miles the check engine light comes on. This was due to a part called the ā€˜valve body’ which I wasn’t aware of, however Nissan’s engineering department was, but didn’t care to resolve it properly. What did they do? They told Carolina Nissan’s service dept to just ā€œclear all the codesā€ and send me on my way. 2 days later guess what happened? Yep, engine light back on! Now I am pissed. Brand new vehicle that ends up being in their service dept longer than it’s been in our driveway!! I want to preface my negative review in part to Brian and Alec (sales managers) who treated me poorly. So, the 2025 comes with a spare tire yet the 2026 does not. When I called and spoke to Brian he said well, ā€œnever had anybody ask me if a vehicle came with a spare tireā€!? I said well, the normal person would not ask, they would presume that a vehicle would. Anyway, he kept pushing back trying to make me feel like I was an idiot and the more he did that, the angrier I got. Just to think I spent $33k and he’s arguing with me over a spare tire! Btw- I included the pic of a spare tire in a 2025 used Rogue that initially we were going to buy. Then other pic shows empty wheel well in the 2026. The tire inflator kit ALSO was not in the ā€˜26, but Ricky Alexander the salesman, brought it to us. Excellent customer service all around from Ricky!! Maybe their sales managers can learn from Ricky, being he is a new employee and car salesman. When I dropped the car off the second time to service, I told Alec, please find me a loaner. He says, ā€œwell, it’s a little bit of a process, so I’m not sure I can do that.ā€ If I can give 5 stars it would go to Ricky Alexander, the salesman and accolades to service dept. Ricky was great! Everyone else provided the absolute worst new car purchase experience I ever had. I would NOT ever recommend Carolina Nissan to anyone, ever. 2nd EDIT 5/27/26: Our salesman Ricky Alexander took the time out to call and ask how we were enjoying the Rogue. I’d say I was surprised, but not really, because he’s the only employee there who seems to care. Oh wait, don’t forget to clarify the ACTUAL price. They tried sticking me with an ā€œaddendum feeā€ at the tune of $2k on top of the sticker price. Before signing I told Mandel the finance mgr if you charge me this I am walking away and not coming back. They waived it. So yeah, clarify your FINAL price before they try this sleazy tactic on you as a customer. It’s not a ā€œstandard chargeā€ as Alec mentioned in his response to me. You’re paying for floor matts, dealer prep, and more. Total BS. Edit 4/16/26: As I thought…..Alec & Brian takes NO accountability or offers a simple apology in the response I got. Yes Alec, I indeed sought employment there, until I discovered what Carolina Nissan is really about. No thanks, I will preserve my honor and integrity. Hope one day you can learn to live by that code as well. My 2nd star goes to Chad, Phillip, & Ashely in service. Again, 10 stars for Ricky Alexander!ā€

ā€œTook my car in for some service work, car was making some misc noises. Between the service manager Chris and the tech. Dillion, my car isn’t making any noises now! The amount of due diligence that Dillion provided while trying to figure things out was incredible! From riding with me to hear what I was hearing, to heavily going through the CVT transmission and the computers, problems solved! And as for Chris, this guy took the time to talk to me and keep me informed as to what was going on! And when I called to ask a question, he made me feel like everything he had going on at that moment was put to the side to take care of what I needed. Kudos to both of you!! Highly recommend the Nissan service department in Burlington NC!ā€

ā€œI had several different car dealerships and Jason was one only one that offered me a deal I couldn’t resist. I really appreciate all he did to get me into the car I liked. Everyone was helpful and I really did have a good experience with Carolina Nissan.ā€

ā€œWe just had one the best and most relaxed car buying experience at this Nissan dealership. Caleb Tinnin was awesome as a sales person and very relaxed and friendly. The manager, Alec Poteat, was very accommodating in working the sale price. Mandell Motley was friendly and easy to work with during the finance paperwork. Highly recommend! We are very happy with our new Altima purchase!ā€
