“In October of 2025, I purchased my wife a Chevy Camaro for our 12th anniversary. We drove 8hrs from where we live in MS. Purchased the car, drove 8hrs straight back.
The temporary tag was good until Nov 16. So we didn't think to track our Title being FedExed to us until close to then.
Upon tracking the package; it showed that it'd been delivered on Oct 30th, but we NEVER received the package.
Amir, our salesman was of no concern. He didn't care when I told him the washer motors in the car didn't work, that it was an after-market keyfob that kept dying, or the car having a low battery. He made his $25k off of us and that was his last concern.
I put up google reviews on both of the locations (North Georgia Auto Brokers) when I tried for days to get them to file a claim on the lost package. The Owner called and begged me to take them down, which I said they were going back up if I couldn't get the title. That was over a month ago. They kept saying that it was signed as delivered, they didn't listen when I said I didn't get it. Can't register my wife's dream car.
Amir wasn't helpful, Ehab Abdelmessih wasn't, Mark wasn't. One of them said they were the owner, but I guess he pawned the task off on someone else and didn't care after that.
FedEx will not let the RECIPIENT file a claim, only the sender. Filing a claim for my lost title proved too much for the staff of this business.
They repeatedly offered to charge me "$450-$700" to get a duplicate title. They didn't get insurance on the package I can imagine. I don't have that kind of money just lying around.
This was my experience, and this is how my wife will remember our 12th Wedding Anniversary. A camaro in our driveway that we can't register and drive.
Classic Luxury Motors got my money and stopped caring after that. That's all they care about.”
