“GREAT deealership. Roberto was truly the best. I came in with A LOT of questions, not quite sure about what I was going to do i.e. buying out my current lease, getting a new lease, etc. He walked me through everything, never pressuring me, running the numbers, and explaining things kindly so we could make the best decision for me. I ended up with a great new 2026 Trail Blazer lease and am so happy with it!! Shout out to Jason too for doing my paperwork so fast so I could make it to work in time! Absolutely flawless process. Don't hesitate to come here. These guys are the best. I am a customer for life.”

“We had an amazing experience at Community Chevrolet! Nancy made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a 2026 Silverado 2500, and we absolutely love it!  The whole team was professional and welcoming from start to finish. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Nancy at Community Chevrolet—you’ll be in great hands!”

“Really bad experience with Community Chevy. I would suggest getting a second opinion from another dealership if they quote you for repairs. Really unfortunate because it was my go-to place for everything, but I don't think I can trust them ever again. I took my truck in for a routine oil change on a Friday, drove it home and left it in the driveway. Saturday morning I noticed a small puddle under the truck...a leak that was never there before. Didn't drive the truck all weekend and took my truck back to them Monday to get it inspected. Mind you, I have done 100% of my services at the dealership and every time I go in, I receive a comment as to how great I have been doing with the maintenance up-keep. Well this time, I was told the "technician found a coolant leak in the engine camshaft carrier" and a quote for over $9K to fix it! I was in disbelief. They did escalate to GM Corporate to ask for assistance (without me even asking) and got approval to reduce the bill to a little less than $4K, which I suppose was meant to be helpful...but the kicker is, there are NO coolant components in the camshaft carrier!!! None. I called a buddy who worked at a different Chevy location and he couldn't comprehend how they came to that conclusion. He set me up with his service team (they were equally confused by the diagnosis) and they identified a water pump issue - which made sense and was MUCH cheaper to fix. I brought this up with Community Chevy and got pretty much nothing in response. Just that they could help with the water pump (that I already had fixed) and would bring it up with management. I never heard another word about the disappointing experience, even after I explained all of my frustration to their "customer experience" representative. Extremely disappointed in this experience and I will never be able to go back. I recommend you get a second opinion if something feels off. This misdiagnosis could have cost me thousands of dollars for unnecessary work, that would not have even addressed the dang leak. Totally unacceptable.”

“The salesman were polite and let me see and test drive the used cars I found on their website. They advertise a good price on used cars online, but they don’t tell you about the nearly $4000 in paint protection and add ons that can’t be removed from the purchase. I am a budget buyer so I was unable to go through with buying a used car here, but I don’t think I would recommend them over any other Chevy dealer simply due to unnecessary add ons drive up the purchase price beyond what the sticker on the vehicle says.”

“My experience at Community Chevrolet of Burbank began on a very positive note. I worked with sales representative Arabo, who was exceptionally pleasant, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. He promptly arranged a test drive for the truck I was interested in and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. Arabo presented several options and made an excellent first impression both for himself and the dealership. After discussing with my family, I quickly decided that the truck Arabo showed us was exactly what I wanted to purchase. Although the price was firm with no room for negotiation, I was determined to own the vehicle that truly met my expectations. From application to financing, document signing, and delivery, everything went smoothly and efficiently. However, a few days after the purchase, I noticed several scratches on the hood of the truck. I contacted Arabo, who advised me to bring the vehicle in so he could have it inspected. Upon doing so, he had the service team buff out one of the scratches, though the remaining three were too deep to repair through standard polishing. The team attempted to apply paint filler, but I’m still unsure whether it improved or worsened the appearance. When I asked about further options, Arabo consulted his manager and returned with the response that the vehicle was sold “as is” and no additional assistance could be provided. While I understand that the service department is not a full auto body shop and has limitations on what repairs can be performed, I was quite surprised that no goodwill gesture such as partial coverage or a repair contribution was offered. For a customer who spent over $80,000 on a new vehicle, I expected a higher level of post-sale care and attention to maintain a positive ownership experience. I am now considering escalating this matter to GM Headquarters for further review, as I still find it concerning that such an expensive vehicle could be sold without a disclosure regarding existing scratches. Had I been made aware of these imperfections beforehand, I likely would have explored other options. I’m not certain whether this review will be acknowledged, but I sincerely hope it reaches someone who values customer satisfaction and is willing to help bring this matter to a fair resolution.”
