“I came across an ad on Facebook about a special this dealership was running. I called and talked to Amanda 3x!!! 3x!!! I asked multiple times if credit was a factor and was told no. That as long as my income was 3k a month before taxes I would be approved for the $1 down special. As soon as I walked in and started talking to Lenin all he had were credit questions. First red flag. I mentioned to him that I had already been told yesterday that it wasn’t about the credit. As long as I had the income I would be approved. Well guess what! I was denied. Never was asked for proof of income. I had my mom to come up to co sign for me. I asked for verification if she was just needed for the income and he said yes. Same as me, soon as she came he started asking credit questions. Once everything was in he came and said that due to the credit I was not approved for the special. The review isn’t about the approval because I know my credit is not the best which is why I kept asking about it before I drove a hour to come up here. But the fact they said that the approval wasn’t credit based but income based was a flat out lie.”

He got me in and out in great time. But today I want to recognize the unseen. THE MECHANICS. In past reviews I have failed to recognize them. But in all of my time of Ever driving a car whoever Services it I am forever grateful because I think about how well my car runs all of the time. When I called to inquire about a car I was interested in, I met Gabe. He was polite thorough and listened to my request. I was told he would have someone prepared and waiting on me when I arrived at Premiere Nissan. Then I met LJ. He was more than prepared. I was greeted in the parking lot. Wow that was a new experience. He was equally polite. He asked me some questions about my preferences of things. He then explained about discounts available as well as financing and warranties. He then told me he would bring around one of cars I inquired about that met my request. ONE was all it took he went over the car . I test drove it. Returned and did the paperwork. Then I met Lamar. I tell you three courteous and Informed professionals they were. He finished up the financial end of the sale based on my request. He said it would go expeditiously and that it did. I was with him all of fifteen minutes. I came in on a Saturday. Came back on Mon with the additional things to finish my choice of the purchase. I was only in the dealership two and a half hours total. When I was leaving , LJ had my car clean and gased up and was surprised I wasn't taking it home that day. I returned mon. To finalize the paperwork . It took 5 minutes tops. The experience was something to look forward to. Making a major purchase is a big deal. I felt like they made my big deal special. “Had a great experience purchasing a Pathfinder from Premier. Gabriel was a great sales person who was honest, helpful and saved ME money! They honored my carmax trade in value when another Nissan dealership told me to sell it to carmax and bring my money to them. Premier DID NOT treat me like that. Premier was amazing and offered me a fair deal that I could not refuse. The sales manager was great and worked with me to get payments where I wanted them. I drove an hour to see this car and I’m so thankful I took a chance going to Premier- I LOVE my new car and am thankful for the no nonsense, hassle free experience I had as that has not been the case at other Nissan dealerships. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend going to see them-I am so glad I did.”
