I really appreciated the play area for my daughter while we handled business. John Huh was absolutely incredible! He has such a great personality and was wonderful with my daughter, he even made her a little paper bird which made her feel so comfortable. They also have a great selection of vehicles. I almost settled for a different car when my bank didn’t initially approve me for the one I wanted, but John reassured me that I didn’t have to settle and he made it happen! “We worked with Jason Townsend. His service, communication, and efficiency were impeccable. Here's some specific things to note. 1. We called and spoke to Jason. We asked him about a specific car, a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. We told Jason we were coming in that day. He had the car out front and unlocked so that we could see what we came to see. Nice. 2. He worked on pricing with us without unreasonably long waiting for a response and without more than one or two iterations of back and forth. 3. He promised to have the car detailed the next day (it had just arrived on the lot) with a tank full of gas once we agreed on a price. And, that's exactly what we found when we came with the cashier's check to finalize the purchase. Again, the car was up front, ready for us, in exactly the condition promised. 4. Jason knows cars, knows the importance of family (we connected on some similarities and he was compassionate to us), and he knows pizza (he doesn't sell these, but I'd gladly grab a pie with him). “I’m so pleased with my purchase. Arcelia was my salesperson. She was very attentive to my needs as a customer. I was looking at a car that was not ready to be sold. She allowed my husband and I to test drive it anyway. We fell in love with the car and wanted to purchase it. She guaranteed us that the car would be detailed and the engine would be cleaned per our request. My husband also wanted them to check the rotors on the front tires. Not only did they check them, they changed them. I purchased on a Tuesday and went back to pick up on the following Saturday. The car was ready and we brought it home!
