“This dealership service department is unethical, incompetent and borderline operating illegally. Took my Jeep to Premiere for complete diagnostic for p0733 code and limp mode status. They were my third diagnostic stop to confirm previous diagnostic from Fisk Automotive ( they accurately diagnosed Transmission rebuild/ replacement albeit astronomical price tag 7k) received call day after dropping my Jeep with news of needing ecu which when told by Federico added " could possibly solve your limp mode status". Agreed to service at ticket price of $1350 which allegedly included price of diagnostic being included in part/ service cost Received call from FREDERICO later in week declaring my beloved jeep was ready for pick up and running great. Ecstatic! Until 7 min after picking up Jeep and entering freeway I was met with white smoke( some tech who didn't feel it was necessary to wipe off excess oil from spill on engine) and subsequently check engine light back on. Got home, called Federico informing on the latest development and was told bring it back... and I did. Returned my jeep and had to wait 6 days for them to tell me " transmission". Obviously upset I inquired about reimbursement for the $ i paid on basis of no diagnosis performed and service and cost accrued was not done in accordance to my initial intake convo with Federico. Was told it was brought bc it would not start and immediately knew there was some bullshit going on PREMIERE! I did what any other responsible consumer would of done and contacted THE B.A R.( the bureau of automotive repair). I am awaiting the reply and action at present from the B.A.R. The reason I chose Premere is because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews of not just dealership but service department as well proclaiming A-1 POSITVE EXPERIENCES.....Can't help wonder what was so different with me that I did not have that kind of experience...........”
