“Service was so frustrating to deal with. My Honda passport had broken center screen. I brought it in and was assigned to Jose F. He never responded to texts or picked up direct calls. Would always have to go through menu options to reach him. When he was out of office no work was done on my car and I had to request for the part myself. I eventually after 2 weeks had to take my car to another state. I brought it in to another dealership and they let me know that the Brownsville dealership apparently did nothing. Super hard to work with. I understand that progress or fixing may not be easy. But the lack of communication was what was worst. I never leave bad reviews but this was so bad I had to.”
