“Will return/will recommend. My F250 broke down in Brownsville and left me stranded on the road with a 20ft trailer attached. One of the employees on his way to work was nice enough to stop and check on me. He even went above and beyond and gave me a tow off of the road into a Walmart parking lot. He told me to bring my truck down, said the mechanics are very good. He was not wrong! They were able to diagnose my truck in their parking lot, and once a lift opened up that could fit my heavy truck they made the repairs before the end of the day. Not a simple repair, they had to pull the bottom part of the transmission out of the truck. Waiting room and customer restroom was nice and clean. The parts guy helped me find a hitch that would fit my truck and gave me the part numbers so I can order it when I’m ready. Very happy with my experience and will return in the future.”
