“Henry was great! I was in a bind with a worse for wear work truck that needed a ton of work. Henry was able to get that truck traded in on a new GMC 1500. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you so much Henry!”

“Mine and my wife’s experience at Brooksville GMC was the most enjoyable experience ever. Our enjoyable experience was made so special and enjoyable by our salesman SAL and his entire staff. We bought a beautiful GMC SIERRA and there were a couple of imperfections we noticed after we left the dealership and we called SAL our salesman and he was so quick to do whatever it took to make me and my wife happy and took the truck in immediately and gave us a beautiful loner vehicle. We wanna personally thank SAL and his staff for such a wonderful experience buying a very expensive truck.”

“Mark Mercer is an excellent Sales Executive to work with! We saw the Jeep on Facebook. Came and looked at it on Sunday. Took pictures of it and I saw some paint drips and dog claws on the handles but the Jeep is in mint condition other than the driver mirror so far. We will keep notice of things and bring it in when needed!!! We traded a Toyota 4 door SUV for a 4 door Jeep 🚙! We have a 2 door Jeep Tuscadaro Pink! The Jeep family is growing! Thank you for sharing personal family stories with us. They were beautiful 😍. Sorry your wife had to wait to eat dinner. Another Jersey boy like Ray but you have been here since the 70's...so 🤷‍♂️ if you are like a southern boy now?!?! 🤣😂 thank you and I thank your team for all their work of making the numbers work. We all know that most all of them are not necessary. They are just corporate greed by the big boys! 😏 God bless you! God bless America 🇺🇸! God bless our wonderful President! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸!!!!”

“I bought a 2019 GMC Yukon from this place. Next day I notice the brakes squealing and the a/c not getting to temp set. I arranged an appointment for inspection to check this out. They tell me there’s nothing mechanically wrong with my brakes but my a/c actuator has gone bad, a $5k job potentially if they “broke it” according to Josiah (the price of them breaking it listed as other in screenshot below) which I’m sure they would have done on purpose to get that money out of me. This didn’t sound right to me as my brakes were definitely loud so I took it elsewhere (A&G Auto on Spring Hill Dr HIGHLY RECOMMEND). Come to find out there was nothing wrong with my a/c my kids had closed the back vents so the heat from the back was coming up front not allowing the car to cool down to temp. And my breaks were actually bad. Glazed/scoring, rotors were worn. So after buying a $41k vehicle I had to put more money into it ($1,258) for new brakes and rotors. Not only did they lie about what was wrong with it, they were trying to charge me for something that was never wrong with it to begin with and made up a whole detailed story about what was wrong with my a/c actuator. I also came here with the money for the car and they dinged my credit report 5x trying to find a different loan servicer just to end up using what I came with. I am Never buying a car from here again or bringing my car here for issues. Posting receipts in case the google reviewers from Buick GMC try to act like this didn’t happen.”

“I would not recommend this place for repairs. They had my new car for a week, and when I picked it up (after returning my rental), I noticed it hadn’t been fully fixed — plus, they had scratched up my paint. They told me to bring it back on Monday. When I returned, I had to explain multiple times that I’d already returned the rental and would have no car to drive in the meantime. They eventually set me up with a loaner, which was supposed to be returned within two days once my car was done. I was told I’d receive a call when it was ready (they estimated the end of the week). After nearly another week, on the fifth day, I called to follow up and told them I’d be leaving for a trip that weekend and they could take their time with my car. Brian informed me it would be done by Friday and insisted I return the loaner before I left. On Friday—the day before my trip—I received a call saying that one of their techs had buffed through the paint on my bumper. I had asked if they could just send my car to Lexus so they could do the rest of the repairs, they refused. Because they still wanted the rental back, I was put in the difficult position of not having transportation. I had to take time off work to go in person and explain again that I wouldn’t have a way to get around. After Brian spoke with another associate, they finally allowed me to keep the loaner. My car was finished a few days after I returned from my trip, meaning they took over a week again to complete the repair. Unfortunately, I’m still unsatisfied — there are new scratches and buff marks on my brand-new car, along with residue on the windshield that’s nearly impossible to remove. At this point, I’m unwilling to go back since it’s clear they’re underqualified.”
