Chistian did a great job guiding us from a service we requested but did not actually need for now since the car doesn't have much mileage yet. Gave us an accurate estimate on the service time as well. Overall quick and efficient service today.

My first time at plaza Hyundai was amazing. I was introduced to Tania one of the sale associates. She was very attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable on the different vehicles and trims. With her assistance and great people skills lead me to leave with the vehicle that I wanted. I really appreciate Tania. Without her help I don’t think I would have closed a deal. I wish her the best on her career and I can see her moving up quickly in the future.

Quick & easy sale. I worked with David Melecio. He was honest & great from start to finish. I revised my review on 12-17-25 from 5 stars & degraded to 2 stars , The Vehicle (2024 used Hyundai Tucson Plug in Hybrid with 3K miles) was purchased on 12-10-25 The reason for the revision. On 12-14-25 a 6 inch snow storm hit my area, upon cleaning off the vehicle of snow on 12-14-25, I noticed 1 of the 4 tires was a different make (There are (3) Michelin tires and (1) Yokohama tire (see pictures for size & model numbers). This is an all wheel drive vehicle, All media reflects mix-matching tires being a safety risk, along with potential damage to transfer case, differentials & transmission and possibly voiding the (Balance of the factor warranty). I was told by Manny (A Manager as Plaza Hyundai that I paid a very low price for the vehicle and the vehicle was sold "as is" I had the balance of the factory warranty) . The vehicle was also missing a level 1 120V charger (That is standard equipment) with Hyundai PHEV Vehicles, in which Manny informed me that is standard equipment ONLY with a NEW purchase, I purchased a used vehicle (1) year old with 3K miles (The Vehicle was originally purchased by Plaza Hyundai, this information was listed in the title. I was told it was allocated as service loaner vehicle for the dealership). My point is, this displays Manny's leadership skills as a manager, The Level 1 charger is a low price item, I would guess Plaza Hyundai has numerous units in dealership. I have a level 2 charger installed at my home which will be used 99.99% of the time to charge the vehicle, the level 1 charger would be used when traveling to a friend or relative's house. I want to emphasize the point of a Manager being short sighted that represents Plaza Hyundai. The price i paid for the vehicle was outstanding, my sales person was great to work with David Melecio. The advice i am offering is buyer be ware, have a check list and double check things before departing the dealership, as the Manager I dealt with was short sighted and not flexible, thus inspiring me to provide this type of review. I contacted Hyundai USA and shared my negative experience.
