“I had an excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle at Lexus of Brooklyn. From the moment I walked in, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and very professional. A special thank you to Felix, my sales associate, who went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Felix never made me feel rushed or pressured and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. I’d also like to thank Skye, the General Manager, for helping ensure everything went smoothly. It’s clear that the leadership and team at Lexus of Brooklyn truly prioritize customer service and creating a great experience for their clients. “We visited this location to look at some of the vehicles in person to get a real life perspective of them. The location looks newly renovated. We walked the showroom floor, getting in and out of vehicles, looking at body styles, trunk and rear spaces, etc and NOT ONE PERSON (employee) greeted us, asked to assist us, NOTHING!!! There was on man who was close to us as we exited one of the sedans we were checkin’ out. I did not realize him until I exited the car and turned around and I greeted him, to which he smiled and greeted me back, but that was all. I had to use the restroom, so I walked to the desk where I was “greeted” by two woman who did not look AT ALL happy to be there nor did they seem to care that I was there at their dealership. LOL. The bathrooms were clean and amazingly designed though; as well as the overall showroom. That is actually why this review was rated with 1 star. LOL. After looking at all of the cars that were of interest on the showroom floor, we made our way to the outside lot with the used cars. We spent between 30 and 40 minutes at the dealership with absolutely NO interaction from anyone who worked there outside of me greeting them or asking for a restroom. Customer service goes a very long way and they lack it terribly. If we purchase a Lexus, it will NOT be from here. We could have purchased two cars that day but they would not have known that and lost out on two sales and potential future business. SMH.”

“I've been in the market for a new car since late November 2025 — after my previous car had some fire damage and was totaled. After quite a bit of research on various cars and consulting with friends, I concluded that a Lexus NX would be the right car for me. Now, I checked various websites to see which dealership had the best prices and found out that it was Lexus of Brooklyn! Between that, and the recommendation of a friend that previously leased his Lexus RX from a salesman named Walter, I decided to go meet Walter and discuss my options! As soon as I arrived at the dealership last week, I asked another employee for Walter and when I got to meet him, I told him about our mutual connection, Walter was excited and was truly genuine when he told me “We’re like family now" — and it didn't seem like he just said that to make a sale. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in, which was initially a NEW 2025 Lexus NX, but he mentioned that they did not have any NEW NX models from last year. Walter informed me that they had the 2026 NX 350 base model and that he would give me a “family discount” if I was interested in purchasing the vehicle! Walter took me for a test drive in the 2026 NX 350 base model and was very attentive to any questions I had. He informed me of all the features the vehicle had and explained everything clearly. The ride itself was smooth and quiet with no complaints. When we got back to the dealership, he gave me some numbers on the vehicle. The MSRP was listed at $48,728, and he was honest enough to tell me the invoice price as well — which was around $46K. Walter was willing to go even lower than that to make me happy. Management made me an offer of $45,500 and I told them that I needed some time to make my decision. Walter and I kept in contact during that time, and I was able to get the price down to $45,150. I took that new offer and did some research to see if any other dealerships would be able to beat that price — but to no avail! It seemed as if I already had the best deal possible, but I reached out to Walter to see if they were willing to go even lower on that price, hoping to get an even sweeter deal. They were only able to take another $150 off to make it a flat price of $45K before taxes. We came to an agreement, and I went to the bank to get them a cashier’s check for the full amount including all taxes and fees. When I arrived at the dealership to officially purchase my new vehicle, Walter made sure that the car had a full tank of gas and that the service team washed the car before I drove it off! He had me sign some documents and introduced me to some of the management team who thanked me for the purchase! After that, Walter and I took some photos in front of my new car, and I was on my way home with “Sexy Lexi”! Lexus’ slogan is “Experience Amazing” — and while the car itself is amazing, the service I received from Lexus of Brooklyn and Walter was even more amazing! I truly appreciate all the work put into this sale by everyone involved, and I thank Walter and management for making this deal for me! I’m excited for this new journey with my Lexus and look forward to building even more of a friendship with "mi primo Wally”! If you’re in the market for a Lexus vehicle, I recommend paying them a visit and asking for Walter in particular! He’ll get you a great deal!”

“Shopping for a car and looking into upgrading is not an easy investment or easy step to take. In fact, it can be kind of nerve wrecking if I'm honest because it's going to be an expensive long term investment that you're going to have to pay off, hoping that it's going to be a good decision. My boyfriend scheduled us a test drive for an NX350 to upgrade my current 2010 Rx350, but the car we scheduled for a test drive happened to no longer be available by the time we had our scheduled test drive day. We were paired prior with Felix Guralnik to assist us. When we went, the Lexus dealership was under some renovations, but Felix was still professional, responsive, patient, knowledgeable and was able to show us different years and models of cars we might potentially be interested in. We already had our eye on a specific model and we're looking into SUVs so it was easier for him to narrow this down and he was able to show us some that were available and let us go for a test drive. He was professional, patient, answered all our questions on the cars we were looking at, and was not pushy with us in demeanor. He even gave us some time to sit in the car ourselves to get a feel of how we liked it and if we would feel comfortable in it. Although an expensive purchase and investment, we are happy with our purchase and left with the car within the next few days! The title, registration, inspection, and plates were all handled, car was cleaned. All I needed to really handle was the insurance. Felix actually didn't make it as difficult as I would have thought! We look forward to coming back again for assistance when my boyfriend is ready for his Lexus upgrade !”

“I’m from Houston,TX, and was looking for a GX550 with specific specs and had no luck locally . I dealt with Jason Chan over emails after finding a listing. After a few weeks my truck arrived and I traveled there to take delivery. Jason was awesome, no pushy feeling, just honest and straightforward. Also the financing department was awesome, It’s usually the process of purchasing a vehicle that I hate the most, but the gentlemen was not pushy whatsoever, calm and friendly. Very happy with everything I experienced in this dealership, I highly recommend them.”
