“I recently went in for a scheduled service appointment and requested a rental car, as I have received during previous visits. However, this time I was informed that a rental vehicle would not be available and that I would need to wait at the dealership until the service was completed.
Given that I had important meetings scheduled, waiting was not an option. As a result, I had to leave without completing the service. This was especially frustrating considering I drive 30 minutes each way and have consistently relied on the availability of a rental car in the past.
Unfortunately, due to this experience and the inconvenience caused, I do not plan to return in the future.”

“Earlier this year, I worked with Tristan Lindahl at Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Before meeting him, I had talked to a sales associate at a different location and honestly felt pretty overwhelmed. The experience felt very pushy, and I got the sense that it was more about making a sale than actually helping me figure out what I wanted.
I ended up going to Buerkle Acura, and my experience was completely different. Tristan never pressured me or tried to rush my decision. He was patient, understanding, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Since the car I wanted had to be ordered, the process took a couple of months, but Tristan was always communicative and reassuring throughout it. He kept me updated on everything, which made the wait way less stressful.
I also worked with one of the finance advisors, and they were honestly so kind. They were very accommodating and mindful, and they made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything before moving forward. Overall, it was such a nice team to work with.
I’ve now had my car for over six months, and I truly feel like I made the right decision. I’m really grateful for the experience and for how supportive everyone was. Even after everything was finalized, Tristan still checks in, which says a lot about the kind of person and salesperson he is.
If you’re thinking about getting an Acura, I would definitely recommend Tristan Lindahl and the team at Buerkle Acura. The whole experience felt comfortable, genuine, and stress-free.”

“I recently purchased a 2022 Acura RDX from Buerkle Acura, and I want to start by giving a huge shoutout to Matt Gjengdahl. His excellent communication and professionalism made all the difference. When he called me to follow up, he took the time to truly listen, answer my questions, and guide me through the entire process without any pressure. That conversation gave me the confidence to move forward, and he continued to support me through financing and finalizing the purchase. He’s the main reason I’m giving this review 4 stars.
Unfortunately, my experience didn’t start off well. The first salesperson was pushy during the test drive, and when I tried to negotiate, he became cold and dismissive. When I followed up by phone, he said the car might be available and would check with his manager — but never got back to me. It felt like he didn’t really want to sell me the car, which was frustrating. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to deal with him, and it left a bad impression.
Thankfully, Matt stepped in and turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a great one. If you’re considering buying from Buerkle Acura, I highly recommend reaching out to Matt. He genuinely cares and makes the process smooth, respectful, and straightforward.”

The team at Buerkle was awesome - above and beyond friendly, timely, and worked with me to hit my price point on the car I was looking for.
