I needed a different truck , to replace a competitive brand, with constant check engine lights. I had an idea of what I wanted, and after my experience at Sorens and the amount of activity and size of service dept., I knew my new F-150 was coming from them. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Soerens Ford. Joey was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel easy and stress free. He was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer any of my questions. Buying a car can sometimes be overwhelming, but Joey made the experience enjoyable. I'm so happy with my new vehicle and I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for such a positive experience. Everyone was so kind, even the people who weren't helping me directly. Best dealership experience!!!

I came here to buy a used vehicle I found online. Pete was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. The entire experience was zero-pressure, and the whole team was very accommodating. Zach graciously filled in when I came back the next day with a few more questions. Alan in the financing department was an absolute joy to work with: he not only made the process simple/straightforward, but also managed to find me better financing terms than the preapproval I walked in with. The team at Soerens coordinated seamlessly to make signing a breeze. My spouse and 9 y/o agree that this was a great place to buy our car.

The quality and convenience of the service performed on my truck was the only good thing about my experience. I called to request an oil change over the phone. I requested only an oil change and nothing else. Soerens asked if I would like their complimentary vehicle pick up service to take my truck from my home to the dealership and I agreed. A truck showed up at my home on time and stated they were going to perform an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. They advised me they were going to perform the service at my home which completely caught me off guard as they never mentioned this over the phone. I advised the tech I never requested a tire rotation ever. He stated, "they do this all of the time." I said that is really bad business and he agreed. The tech advised he will take off the charge when he gets back to the dealership. Later on I recieved a bill via text with the tire rotation charge still on the bill. I called and they said they will remove it. I hung up and received a second text with the same charge. I then called once again to have the charge removed which they finally did. Wasted a lot of time. I would not recommend any routine service from this dealership. I wish there was another Ford dealership to take my vehicle.

I found this Explorer online at 2pm on Friday and was already home with it by 8pm. Two of those hours were just the drive there and back! We called to make sure it was still available, and it was. They told us to ask for Travell when we arrived. When we walked in, we were greeted right away with a smile. The wonderful woman at the front desk (I wish I had caught her name) already knew who my husband was and told us Travell would be right with us. She offered us snacks and drinks and made us feel completely welcome. She was absolutely amazing. Travell came over within a minute and got everything moving quickly. He was personable, kind, honest, and very funny. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it easy and even fun. We also worked with Alan, the finance manager, to complete our trade-in and purchase. Alan was just as great, friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for us. The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. Soerens really is the home of the nice guys. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you to Travell, Alan, and the wonderful woman at the front desk for helping me get my new (to me) car that my puppy already loves!
