“Outstanding Service! Saved Our Family Road Trip ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We were traveling from North Carolina to Nashville and stopped in Bristol for the night. On the way, we noticed a strange noise that didn't change with the road texture. We realized it was a wheel bearing—which was shocking since we just had both rears replaced in April! We were scheduled to meet family in Nashville the next day at 4:00 PM, so we showed up early at Bristol Chevrolet hoping for a miracle. From the moment we arrived, we were met by the nicest people. Our service advisor, Brooke, listened to our situation and promised to get us in and repaired ASAP. Within a short time, they verified the issue, explained our options, and gave us a clear cost estimate. They even offered to shuttle us back to our hotel. We decided to walk to a nearby breakfast spot instead, and by the time we walked back, the car was completely fixed!
