“I had a horrible experience today at that dealership,Crowley ChryslerDodge Jeep Ram!. my service representative doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing,
I declined a part and because of that a simple oil change turned into a four hour long wait, during the four hours long wait no updates nothing, it was not until i appeared to be going to the manager my service representative SETH ran after me saying my vehicle was ready.
It was raining and he had them park my vehicle in the yard I had to walk in the rain to get to my vehicle.
Now the air coming from my vents smell burnt like they placed an old filter in there out of spite because i declined to Change the one I currently have. Mind you the vehicle is not even a full year old.
How can you be vindictive to your customers.all the had customers who purchased a product had their vehicles brought to them, mines was left in the rain and I had to walk to it.
So disappointing and disheartening.”

“I brought family member to pick up her Jeep, the customer service lady was so rude and condescending when taking the payment, it was appalling, then this same person forgot to hand over the key and while we were patiently waiting she actually said, what are you waiting for. Then when finally giving the key she informed the vehicle ‘is back by the tree line’, just use the panic button to find it. Your back lot is very dark, it was freezing rain and slippery. We will definitely not be back for service based on this expirence.”

“Needed recall work performed on my 2021 ram 1500. While I was there I mentioned to my service supervisor Nick that I was having issues with my 4WD system. It popped a check engine light so I asked him to take a look. By the end of that same day I received a call with a list of the issues and the plan for remedy. Nick has had prior experience with carmax which made him super knowledgeable when it came to pushing through for my warranty claim. He provided prompt updates, and was able to match my coverage as far as the labor price. The service I received from Nick, the service desk, and the techs was absolutely fantastic. Moving forward I’ll be asking for Nick and only Nick. Not to say that the other supervisors aren’t great, but he went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. Fantastic job to everyone at CJDR.”

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Crowley Jeep back in November 2024, it was certified preowned. At the time of purchase the auto stop start was not functioning on the vehicle, but no error light was on. I brought this to the attention of Donny (the sales person), he stated that things like temperature, etc. could affect the auto stop start and not to worry about it. I brought it back to the dealership in early March of 2025 complaining that the auto stop start was still not working along. When I asked about the auto start stop not working, they said since there was no error light on, they could not diagnose the issue. They thought it was the battery but could not be certain and wanted $700 for the batteries. I said $700 for something that you cannot be certain is the issue? I don’t think so and declined to pay the $700. Fast forward 11 months, the error light finally turns on and I bring it back to Crowley. They check it out and say for certain it is the batteries and they still want $700 to fix. I told them that the car was certified preowned and how could they miss low batteries when they sold me the car. They said it was a year later and why am I bringing it in now? BECAUSE THE LIGHT JUST TURNED ON and you said there was nothing you could do until it turned on. Needless to say, they did nothing for me for an issue that was brought to their attention at the time I bought it, 3 months after I purchased, and a year later. I talked with Seth, Anthony, and Howard and all they did was pass me to the next person. I guess when Mr. Crowley says “If you’re not happy I want to hear about it”…. Really means “I will pass you to the next person until either you get fed up or get to someone who says there is nothing we can do for you…”. This is not my first jeep purchase, don’t waste your time here, there are plenty of reputable dealerships in the area.”

“My truck got there for service, it ended up needing a diferential replacement. That is fine because the truck is on warranty (still at 30k miles...). When I went to pick up my truck after the service I realized that the rear door is scratched and dented, as well as one of the mirrors. The dealership didn't bother to inform me of this damage. Thankfully I had dash cameras in the truck so I was able to pull up the footage of one off the employees moving my truck to the shop and running it into one of their new Jeeps in the lot. When I picked up the truck after the paint job it looked like CRAP, the color of the painted door didn't match the vehicle at all!!!! I went to be re-painted again. Then second time around it came out acceptable. At this time I asked them to change my tires and get the alignment done. My truck started to pull towards the left after this. Had them do the alignment 3 times in a week and it still wasn't right. I had to take it to a different tire place to get it corrected (worked the first time around). Bottom line is that I had to pay for the alignment again. What I got for all this hassle - sorry , we can get you a free oil change. With the alignment the answer I got was "IT'S NOT SO BAD. GIVE IT A WEEK AND YOU'LL GET USED TO IT." and "WE CAN DO THE ALIGNMENT AGAIN BUT SINCE WE HAVE DONE THIS 3 TIMES ALREADY OUR MACHINE IS LIKELY TO BE NOT CALIBRATED". I asked if they are going to bring back the customers on whose vehicles they did alignment for a re-doo I got laughter in return.”
