“4/13/26 update. BUYER BEWARE. ESPECIALLY OUT OF STATE.While Josh was great the follow up with the business IS TERRIBLE. a few days after we left i notifiied Josh that the wiper fluid did not dispense which was a major hazard as we took the car to FL on a road trip. They stated to bring it in upon our return but never gave us an appointment. I called and they never gave us a day. We had no choice but to bring it to a local Honda dealer about 1.5 mths later. THIS WAS A DRIVING HAZARD. We are supposedly getting a reimbursement check but we haven't gotten that yet. OUT OF STATE SALE?? i realized 3 days before the temp. plates expired that we needed to bring it to emissions and we did that day and i sent them the pass record before the plate expired. They were supposed to send us the registration. 3 weeks later there is NO FOLLOW UP & NO REGISTRATION! NO CALL BACK AFTER LEAVING VOICEMAIL & I WE MAY NEED TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS........The pic is what we've been driving with. Look at the date of my updated review and judge for yourself. ........ PRIOR REVIEW.....Josh was great. We came from far away. He did all the paperwork beforehand and was very communicative and attentive to our needs as customers that were traveling over 4 hours. Josh even checked back in to be sure we arrived home safely. That's genuine care. I highly recommend Josh!!!”
