âChris Uhles was extremely helpful when my wife and I came to test drive a Mini Countryman. Very informative, definitely knows what he's talking about and is able to answer pretty much any questions you might have. I don't know if we'll end to buying the car, but a great dealership experience has a huge role in the purchasing decision for us. And if you've ever dealt with a bad dealer, I'm sure you understand the importance of a kind, customer-service oriented dealer. Great job!â

âI had an outstanding experience buying a Mini Cooper from this dealership, despite being based in Boston while the car was in Nashville. From the very first call, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.
I initially contacted the dealership by phone on a very busy Saturday. Chris, the salesperson, took the time to answer all my questions and, without hesitation, sent me a detailed video of the car early Sunday morningâeven though the dealership was closed. That alone speaks volumes about his commitment.
What truly sets people apart is how they respond when things donât go exactly as planned. When the vehicle delivery was delayed due to reasons outside their control, Cody, the sales manager, personally called me to apologize and reassure me that the car would be delivered first thing the next morning. He did exactly what he promised.
Throughout the entire process, both Chris and Cody were incredibly responsive by text and phone, never applied any pressure, and consistently went the extra mile. They sent photos of every detail I requestedâand often additional ones on their ownâto make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied purchasing the car remotely.
Thanks to their dedication and integrity, my daughter now has the Mini Cooper she wanted (RED), and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I couldnât recommend Chris, Cody, and this dealership more highly.â

âListen: the vibes were so smooth, I left the oil change with my left foot tapping along to my imaginary drum set as I hummed along to a tropical playlist like Iâd just knocked back 30mg of CBD in Jamaica. It is December. I do not have CBD.
