“Super easy experience that actually made buying a car fun. The team took the time to work with my wife and helped her order her exact dream Lexus. It was the first time she had ever been able to custom order a vehicle, and seeing her smile from ear to ear when it finally arrived made the entire experience worth it. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well taken care of throughout the process. The finance office did have a little bit of the typical back-end sales pressure for warranties and add-ons, but nothing out of the ordinary and never enough to take away from an otherwise excellent experience. We left feeling appreciated, excited, and confident in our purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great Lexus buying experience.”

“Great experience. Wife and I bought our 2nd Lexus from here Dec.13th. Yassin was our salesman, can't say enough good things about him. Wonderful salesman but an even better person, don't find many like him. After signing paperwork with Yassin, he took us to Melissa in finance. When I mentioned to her that we traded in a 2019 RX350 that I had taken a 10-year extended warranty on she looked at me and said, "let's see if we can get you some money back on that". She did, $1100, nice surprise. From there she took us to Christian, a Lexus Tech Specialist. He spent 30-45 minutes with us in our vehicle going thru everything and getting it all set up for us, in the vehicle and on our I-phones. Nice young man.
