“The majority of these reviews for the Lexus of Cool Springs are tied to the purchase of a new or used vehicle. My review is for the service department where I had an appointment for a tire install and an alignment for my 2018 IS350. I can't say enough good things about my service advisor, James Dahlstein. I am extremely particular with my car and James was able to accommodate everything for me - from reserving a new 2026 IS350 as a loaner car, garaging my car at one of the empty service bays because of weekend storms so it was kept out of the elements, acknowledging my provided torque specs and alignment targets, to assigning a master tech to work on my car after I also requested a custom installation of new lower control arm bushings on the car to help with inner tire wear in the front. I had a surprisingly positive experience. From beginning to end, James kept me in the loop even as the service department was swamped and backlogged with repairs and other services that took priority over mine. Sure, the dealer kept my car a few more days but I was driving around in a new loaner. Upon receipt of my car a few days later, everything was done right the first time. No scratches or dings on the wheels, unlike what you'd expect from Discount Tire. No glue residue left on the wheels either from the tire install. Nothing rushed, despite a busy service department. There's definitely a negative connotation associated to dealerships in general and I don't disagree. James is a rare one who truly cares about the customer and their needs. If there were more service advisors like him around working with good techs, maybe dealership service departments would get a better reputation. Bottom line - if you're looking for service here, make sure to ask for James!!”

“Super easy experience that actually made buying a car fun. The team took the time to work with my wife and helped her order her exact dream Lexus. It was the first time she had ever been able to custom order a vehicle, and seeing her smile from ear to ear when it finally arrived made the entire experience worth it. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well taken care of throughout the process. The finance office did have a little bit of the typical back-end sales pressure for warranties and add-ons, but nothing out of the ordinary and never enough to take away from an otherwise excellent experience. We left feeling appreciated, excited, and confident in our purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great Lexus buying experience.”

“Had such a great experience buying a used car and it all had to do with the people at Lexus of Cool Springs. Shout out to Jonah for being the best salesperson, Hunter for being the best negotiator and Jordan for getting us through the paperwork. We bought a 2025 used Camry from this dealership and the experience was fast, flawless and fair. Spent lots of time sifting through other dealerships and cars throughout the country. Found hidden accidents, missing moonroofs, unexpected fees and other issues honest and not so honest. Then found Lexus’ ad for a car online, asked availability and got a quick call from Jonah. We were heading in their direction so stopped to see the car. The car was all they claimed and more. Sat and talked about price, said I would not go back and forth – just one chance, one best offer. They listened! I believe the deal was great for both of us and we left with the perfect car at an excellent price and each person we dealt with made the experience happier. So thankful for how they handled the transaction. No pressure just pure professionalism and kindness. When we arrived the next day to pick up the car, they had placed a large red bow at the top of the car. World class organization!”

“I could not make up my mind which Lexus I wanted to buy. I thought I wanted a GX 550 SUV but love performance cars. Julian at Lexus of Cool Springs helped me make up my mind. He helped during the delivery and Brian in finance was so easy to deal with. I bought a newly designed IS 350 f sport with upgraded exhaust. I love the car the red interior and red brake calipers make it stunning. I would buy from Lexus of Cool Springs again.”

“Great experience. Wife and I bought our 2nd Lexus from here Dec.13th. Yassin was our salesman, can't say enough good things about him. Wonderful salesman but an even better person, don't find many like him. After signing paperwork with Yassin, he took us to Melissa in finance. When I mentioned to her that we traded in a 2019 RX350 that I had taken a 10-year extended warranty on she looked at me and said, "let's see if we can get you some money back on that". She did, $1100, nice surprise. From there she took us to Christian, a Lexus Tech Specialist. He spent 30-45 minutes with us in our vehicle going thru everything and getting it all set up for us, in the vehicle and on our I-phones. Nice young man. Although we didn't see her this weekend, I have to recognize Jodi our Lexus service advisor as well. Another good reason to buy Lexus. Mike & Holly”
