“If you’re looking for a new Audi, this is the place. Avoid for any used vehicles or service, very untrustworthy. Worked on vehicles my whole life and lifelong friend is a master mechanic at a luxury car dealership. Jose (sales) 10/10, Brandon (finance) 10/10. Jose and Brandon were both excellent, answered every question I had and provided me with all the meticulous details I inquired about. So why the terrible review? After flying in from out of state, with many questions and pictures answered, I was assured this vehicle was essentially spotless (granted few cosmetics). They reported full service had been completed and that the car was detailed and ready to go. Viewing the car, the interior was not clean, there was actually a dead insect in the backseat, smudges on the plastic, and a pealing sticker over the Audi badge on the rear. After COMPLETING the sale, sitting in the lot, haven’t even put the car in drive, a detrimental engine code pops up. Derrill (sales manager) then proceeds to tell me that it’s “ a glitch” and is “very common”. I was then refused any investigation into this issue and was told “take it or leave it”. With a 7 hour drive ahead of me Derrill then proceeded to tell me “well we wouldn’t screw you over, if there was a major drivetrain issue we would help”. When asked to get that in writing he smirked and declined. Stating it was an old vehicle (2018) with high miles (59k) and that this issue was expected. I had advised them prior that I drive hundreds of miles traveling for work (healthcare) and was ensured top quality. They don’t stand behind their own vehicles and even with different employees I talked to (not mentioned above) stated there was only 1 mechanic they trusted. Could write more detail but I’ve wasted enough energy. If you buy new, get the top warranty. Only truthful review you’ll find. Again Jose and Brandon are top tier. Both deserve a raise for their accommodations and patience with a meticulous buyer like myself.”
