On our first visit—an extremely hot day—JP thoughtfully greeted us with cold water. He remembered we were eligible for a military discount and included it upfront in our price quote. During the test drive, he explained every single feature in incredible detail. Having purchased many cars over the years, we can confidently say JP is hands down the best sales representative we have ever worked with. Even when we asked tough questions, he remained calm, polite, and thoroughly professional. “West Hills Kia is amazing. Everyone is always helpful, kind & knowledgeable. Vinny in service has gone above & beyond to make sure fixing my car has been seamless. Rodents chewed my wiring in my 1 year old vehicle. It was such a disappointment to find that out. With the help of him & Lacey it became an easy & non stressful fix. They had it done faster than I expected! West Hills also has an amazing rental department that is so helpful & kind. Everyone in every area I encounter here are fantastic! “Great experience ! I had been considering buying a vehicle for the last year and a half and was just waiting for the right time . I had a couple hours to kill this week while I was getting my wind Sheild replaced up the street. I called Kia and asked if someone would be willing to pick me up from the auto repair place which was just 3 min away. Darnell (my sales associate) was happy to come pick me up and dropped me back off when we were finished . He was super helpful and patient and answered all my questions and took the time to understand my situation and helped me come up with a game plan . I ended up with a 2023 Kia sorento ex super clean low mileage and a really fair price . We set a down payment price and he helped me get approved for financing on the rest and arranged for a ride later in the week to pick me up from home (Shout out to Frank the auto shuttle driver he was great also!) . All around great communication and stress free experience . The finance guy Blake was also super helpful actually ended up getting me a lower rate than expected which was great. All around 10/10 . I’m sure all the sales reps are great but if you go into west hills Kia you can’t go wrong with Darnell! He even brought me a Carmel latte while I was signing papers . 😊”
