“Bought a new car there about three years ago and it kept going out of alignment and costing me a fortune for them to fix . They blamed the roads so we traded it in with them. We got a used car and it is really nice but it still had the old owners information in the computer settings. We also found his concert tickets and survival kit in the trunk. It was so dirty when he showed it to us with dead bugs and hay. There was a big scratch on the front bumper that they admitted they did and said they would fix it the following week. They still haven’t several weeks later. My husband called and he said he would get it scheduled a second time and they still haven’t called back. Honest and transparent is the motto but I am questioning this.”

“Truck was at shop for two days for manifold leak and a leaking tail shaft seal. Upon return of my vehicle cab smelled like exhaust fumes and the leaky seal was never replaced. They charged the warranty as if the work was done without completing any work. Manager was combative and said they fixed vehicle and couldn’t find any leaks. Thats when I crawled under vehicle and took the pictures of the problems they said they couldn’t find. SHADY GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS.
