“Brought my 2022 Roush F-150 in because rats got into the engine bay and ate my wiring harness. I worked with Tristan in service and it was really a very smooth and easy process. I also took it to them a few years back and they sorted out a sensor issue that two other dealers had failed to fix. These guys are good. Be patient with them and they will help you.”

“I came into this dealership fully prepared to purchase a vehicle. I had, bank issued check/draft, my down payment ready and a preapproval already completed.
This should have been a straightforward transaction that took a couple of hours after selecting the car. Instead, the process took unnecessary time, due to repeated back and forth with the sales manager, which raised serious concerns for me.
To be clear: The sales associate who assisted me, was extremely helpful, professional, and respectful. They don’t deserve her. She did everything she could on her end and I truly appreciate her efforts.
However, despite having outside financing, I was repeatedly pressured to complete a dealer credit application. Which would
Allow an additional credit pull and Consider dealer arranged financing. Also what's going on with the “non negotiable” add on products that increased the final price of the vehicle? I thought those were optional but hmm maybe not with them.
This was confusing and frustrating, especially since later went to another AutoNation dealership, and was told this should not be required when a customer already has bank financing and funds ready.
At this point, I’m not sure if this is something everyone experiences here, a management issue, or something else, but the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable enough to walk away from the deal.
I’m sharing this to encourage future buyers to please carefully review all paperwork,
question any request for unnecessary credit checks and be aware of added items that can inflate the final price
If anyone else has experienced something similar at this dealership, I would genuinely appreciate hearing about it.”

“Recently was visiting the Bradenton area while on vacation from Ohio , I ended up buying a 26 F350 Lariat from the dealership. The initial experience was pretty good. Once I got back to Ohio and discovered issues with this vehicle I could not get anyone to return my calls. , phone call after phone call multiple people took messages but there was no return calls . We could not even get someone to verify that they had received the extra key for our trade in we mailed them . So I would say find another dealer if you want prompt customer service”

“I had the most efficient and personable experience with Christian Troche at Autonation Ford. You can tell that their general manager values the customer experience and genuinely wants to help make sure you’re in the vehicle that you want. This is my second car from them since my first Bronco was totaled in an accident and it saved my life. I reached out to Chris asking if he could help get me into another Bronco. He quickly found my dream car and I drove it home the same day. No games where you have to leave and then come back the next day like other dealerships. Seriously can’t thank Chris and Gary enough for helping me!”
