They drove & inspected my Toyota Camry XSE briefly & looked it over before honoring the full offer online which was only $6,200 less than what I paid 5.5 yrs ago. I loved the car but not having a Toyota dealership in the Venice area with integrity makes owning it impossible. It had to go. Gratefully Toyota Corp is reputable so my car held its value! CarMax took 1 hr! Check in hand and they covered the Uber to Tampa over an hour away to buy a Lexus.”

“This is a horrible place to but car from. My brother went to go get his 2023 KIA fix cause he had a rock that his it car while driving the sales guy told him he was at negative $5k+ due to the damage and would give him $13k his car. My brother bought his car for less than $19k mind you he would end up saying more for the car then when He first bought it. I guess that took the saying when you leave the parking lot your car value goes down 😡. The. He proceeded to tell my brother he would have to pay $700. Month for a 2022 when my brother is driving a 2023 with a less than $400 monthly payment. Oh also the coverage they offered from the 3rd party would not cover his little damage. That place is a ripoff 😡they make you pay for coverage and then don’t stand behind it. They got worse over time. They told him he had 10 days to return it after purchase and never mentioned up 1500 miles. Terrible place just horrible. 😡”

“Sara was a great salesperson. Darron took over for her and got everything ready. I had picked the car out online. The fine folks at the Bradenton office had the car shipped in and prepped. Their manager would have preferred I financed the deal, but we got past that rather quickly. I will definitely use this dealership again.”

“I was pleased with the buying process at Carmax. Lawrence was professional & helpful plus very personable. He made the sale easy of my 2020 mini Clubman. He also handled the sale of my 2013 mini Clubman. I was disappointed in what Carmax offered me, but i didn’t want to bother selling my car myself. So i accepted the $3000 offer. I have only one suggestion bc i found your 125 checkpoint list to go wrong. 4 days after the purchase, my car went dead twice within a few hours. It had to be towed back to Bradentin Carmax fir servicing. I was without a car for 3 days & had to return to Bradenton to pick it up - very inconvenient & disappointing. It needed a new battery. It seems to be running well now. Let’s hope that’s all it was. Staff was very friendly & efficient when i picked it up. I guess some bumps in the road occur. All’s well hat ends well!”
