“This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, new or used. Alex, my salesman, never pressured me and allowed me to take as long as I needed to look over the truck I was interested in. It was a frigid day and he pulled it inside for me to inspect. After I looked it over, we went on an extended test drive over many different roads so I could really test it out. After the purchase I noticed a problem with the washer fluid pump and Alex and Ian handled the issue promptly and worked it so that I could go to a closer FB dealership for my convenience to get it fixed. I heartily recommend Fred Breans in Boyertown and already have mentioned it to friends and family.”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but Alex and Robert at Fred Beans Ford in Boyertown earned this one. The second I walked in, they matched my energy perfectly. No pushy lines, no fake selling tone, just real people who treat you with respect and actually listen. I went to a bunch of dealerships before this, and none of them came close to how smooth and genuine the experience was here. Alex has this way of understanding exactly what you need, and Robert keeps everything clear, steady, and stress-free. It honestly felt like talking to friends who also happen to know the Ford lineup better than anyone. After seeing how they handled everything, this is the only place I’ll be buying a car from in the future. If you’re out searching and tired of the usual dealership runaround, do yourself a favor and come here. Ask for Alex and Robert. This was hands-down the best dealership experience I’ve had.”

“I recently purchased a vehicle from Fred Beans and wanted to share my experience. The car itself is great, but I was disappointed that it was delivered dirty. I was honestly a bit embarrassed to say anything at the time, but it definitely took away from the excitement of getting a new car. I ended up spending a good part of the weekend cleaning the car as the paint was very rough from all the dirt not properly removed. The amount of swirls marks I need to remove will have to be taken care of by a professional. That said, Rob McCoy was extremely easy to work with throughout the process—very straightforward, helpful, and respectful. The finance manager was also professional and made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff I dealt with were great, but I wish the vehicle had been cleaned properly before delivery. A clean car should be the bare minimum when taking delivery”

“Mostly good sales experience. I walked in with no appointment on a Saturday in August. I was able to trade in and a get a new vehicle same day, thanks to the salesman Zach. 10 days later, the dealership reached out to my husband because the title to the old vehicle was misplaced, so we both had to go sign the title transfer documents again. Due to their title mishap, I followed up with my salesman twice about my new vehicle registration, which hadn’t arrived when they said it would. The first time I called, he said he would follow up and never did. I called again, a week later, and left a message with no response. I had my husband reach out and Zach replied instantly. The registration arrived two days after my husband contacted them. The new vehicle is only in my name so I don’t know why Zach couldn’t reply to my calls and give some sort of update, especially since I was the client. It was all very odd and made me change my mind about the entire experience. But I do love my new car!”
